I think I got scammed by Nevermind35

Paypal could give this guy two years to make good but in the end he wiil, still be a POS


And for the record I was banned from the Toxic Greens in 2004 and at the time I was a Usual Suspect. I also remain 100% unrepentant, I di what I had to do and it was my knife to go do what I did. And I shed no tears then nor today........................................
 
Still can't belive he came back with his bs story on the other thread then pulled this. And since this thread was made I truly belive his apologies and reason on the other were bs. So sorry you guys had to be taken by this guy he's a real winner can't belive people can look themselves in the mirror in the mornings after knowing they do this kinda stuff. Nevermind I hope you feel good bsing people who you meet or know that your a good guy because truly you.are a snake

Just my 2¢ worth...but people complain about PayPal fees. If it weren't for situations like this maybe their fees would be lower.
 
UPDATE...

Nevermind35 contacted me last Friday and said the knife was on the way. I was very skeptical but when it arrived it met every one of my expectations.

This does not excuse nevermind35 for his sloppy business practices, but I wanted everyone on the board to know that he did finally come through.

I'm not here to pass judgement on him. I simply bought a knife... And after almost 3 weeks of waiting it did arrive in excellent condition.

Nevermind35 was very cordial (when I was able to speak to him).

I sincerely hope he's able recover and fix all the problems he's created.

At the end of the day I got what I paid for.

Just want to let everyone know that Seth (Rydenjtg01) is courteous and honorable member. We talked on the phone and he offer me that when he receive the knife he would let me have it since I had a deal with nevermind before him. I politely declined the offer, but I really appreciate his offer, it is such a honorable act.

No, still no word from Ryan, just a couple more days and I should get my money back from PayPal. I really don't know why Ryan never reply any of my message after October 28th, I was being polite the entire time.
 
Thank you for the kind words litetech. It is a real beauty of a knife. With that said, I have a bit of a compulsive disorder and already found something else I want.

The knife is going up for sale. I guess in a way it will help me to put this unfortunate episode behind me.

Thanks again to everyone who contributed to this thread. I'm eager to see all the members (that got tangled-up in the mess) receive their Paypal refunds.

Update: PayPal ruled in my favor today, I will get the full amount refund back to me in 5 days. Still disappointed that Ryan never made the effort to contact me or PayPal. Thank you everyone for all your help.

With litetech's blessing, I guess it's time to put this thread to bed...

I can't stress enough what a great forum this is!!! In a short amount of time, I've experienced just how efficiently a well-run board can operate.
