I think I got scammed by Nevermind35

he is over selling on knife forums as well. i reported the post and kinda outed him in a reply. he owes me 220.00 and i have started a PP dispute and also a dispute with the credit card company i used via PP. you guys are wonderful, within hours of my purchase from him i had seven emails leading me to this posting. thanks

I can tell you understand that what has happened to you is not the norm here.

Also, I am sure that you can see in this thread that there are a good number of us who really care about this aspect of the forum staying as clean as possible, and along with the Mods will do what we can to make the best of these situations and try to ensure that they occur as seldom as possible..

I am not sure what the inter-forum rules are, but it would be really good to know....(if possible)
 
I have all of the guy's personal information (name, address, phone numbers, criminal record, etc.) if the mods are interested.
 
Ryan Mckee aka Nevermind sebenza3@gmail.com has also not communicated with me since I paypalled him on 10/28 for this transaction

I haven't received the knife or any shipping info or a response to my email inquiry.
Luckily I ALWAYS use paypal goods, to be protected in such a situation.
he has all good feedback until one negative in July and one in August - for never sent knife and knife not as described.
this sort of erratic behavior can be associated with a substance abuse issue . . . . ?

The IP Address leads to Clovis, CA.

Nope. Interestingly, when I looked to see one of his recent posts, I already had him on "ignore". That status is typically reserved for proven troublemakers here. I have no recollection of the incident that caused me to put him on "ignore", but I like to use this feature as a safeguard to remind me "not to deal with this person under any circumstances".

Calm yourself. As soon as your check clears things will happen, make sure you spell my name right. You've only been here a few months, demanding things with insults isn't going to make anything move along faster.
 
Trust in the mods I'm sure they are working hard on this to make sure the outcome is the correct one. It too me a bit to learn the way things work here and they do their jobs well.

Thanks. Yep, we are moving on this, but we aren't going to explain step y step what we do. It's between us and the person in question. Patience, something will be happening soon.
 
Remember, our first responsibility is not to the torches-and-pitchforks mob. Ban him ! Ban him!
What need to see first is restitution to the members waiting for refunds or items.
 
Wow seems I dodged a bullet. Wonder why he decided to send me the knife I purchased and not others. I saw the recent negatives he received and normally I would stay away but he was selling a knife I have sold in the past and regretted and really wanted to own again.
 
It's weird how this guy has some good sales then randomly stiffs people. What's up with that!
