The problem is when you ban him the mods and other members lose an avenue of contact. I'm all for banning folks like this but their are reasons the hammer is not dropped right away. We have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. Trust the mod's judgment on this.

the knife i bought from nevermind35 did come in todays mail but i have no doubt i would have never seen delivery if it had not been for the disputes i filed against him and the pressure brought about by this forum and the other forums i have mentioned. even to the end he was an ass in his pm's to me and this in itself will show his character to all.

Same here. Paypal is giving him to 11/26. I asked for a refund since I don't want or trust a knife associated with this seller.

I am pretty sure they still do. I had this happened to be before, I purchased a Trijicon ACOG and the seller drag shipping a couple days (I am guess to transfer money from PayPal), then give me a fake tracking number. It took about 2 weeks and PayPal paid me back under their Buyer Protection.
