I want a "Tactilol" Knife!

I didnt say a high price makes things good. I said the OP was looking for sub $20 "tacticlol" folders. The Atax is a fixed blade, well above $20, and not tacticlol imo. And, it is designed by a famous and well respected wilderness survival expert to boot. It has no place in this thread imo. YMMV.

It also "hangs easily on your belt and never gets in the way."

TOPs really does knock it out of the park when it comes to tacticlol. The make some reasonable stuff, but then they swing for the fences with the rest of the stuff.

And this from TOPs' web site...I swear in a million years I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried....

The "insecurity" marketing spin is pure tacticlol genius! I wonder how many ninjas they lured in with that.

"We don't want you to buy it...you're not man enough."
"The hell I'm not! Here's my credit card number!"

Except that this is a thread about knives we think are tacticlol. That is the topic. (Not about what you think isn't.) I think its combination of nonsensical bells and whistles make it uber tacticlol, marketing-department ninja bait.

Think it isn't tacticlol? That's fine. Start a thread on that subject. But that's not what we are talking about in this thread.

I think you need to read the OP man. You keep claiming what "you" think this thread is about but, "you" didnt start it the OP did and sub $20 tacticlol folders is the topic he outlined.

As I said, lets get back to the OP's topic. You started an arguement about a post from weeks ago and we have cluttered the thread up enough.

Not if you're a real man, what- do you have soft knuckles or something?

Hey...if you are truly manly and tacticlol, you don't care if your knife injures you in a survival situation.

Though, it may not be the knife, in tacticlol ATAX bushcraft you can punch a tree to make kindling.

LOL! I thought I was the only one who remembered "Kut Throat Knives"!

First of...its "tacticlol". Not "tactilol." Let's be accurate about these things. :D

Second, your one stop shop for all tacticlol needs is Brous Blades. Though, they were even more tacticlol, if you can believe that!...when they were Kut Throat Knives!

Kershaw Kuro

Kershaw is a respected knife company, I would not really say a knife from them fits in this category, even a cheap one like the Kuro - they lock up fine, don't have over the top features, and don't try to be overly "Military" while being too poor to be for the military.
I'd sugguest somebody buy a Kuro over the silly variety of those MTECH knives or the like. They make good beaters if you find one of their "OK"/Non Silly ones but really you can get better - my brother likes those "Duck" Knives and ones with police shields on them because he does not know any better yet. I told him he could have got a better "MTECH" knife for what he paid, let alone an Opinel or something.....

Thanks. These always go the same way so the "people" part is pretty predictable...and they just keep making more and more new tacticlol knives every day (despite what Cyber_Demigod and Tachead7075's say...or maybe because of what they say! :D ).

And those knives are funny. And if you one doesn't like people making fun of them....dont read the thread. Go rain on somebody else's parade!

This "city boy" thinks this is tactilol too:

TOHAKET01OFt.jpg

Dramatic voiceover: "Imagine a small knife and a tube handle that you combine using only a single shoddy fastener to make one mostly ineffective, already broken tool and you have the HAKET!" Guaranteed to last for at least but no more than five to six hard chops, the HAKET can barely hack it at the campsite, community park or while car camping. *Disclaimer: Not an actual axe. ;):D:foot:

Carrying on... :D;) The want level on this "Folding knife" is high LOL. EXTREME CHAINGSAW KNAF!!!
