I had a deal with ann_dem that went well and posted that here recommending her/whoever.

I was wrong. My deal went well and I was conned big time.

I have two knives I purchased from her that are useless to me. Stuff from a thief and con-artist do not belong in my users or my collection.
 
There sure are a lot of conflicting posts about ann_dem
Too many, as far as I'm concerned

I think I'll avoid doing any deals with ann_dem until this all gets
sorted out

Useless to you because they aren't what they were supposed to be, they aren't in the condition they should be in, or because they are from her? Not trying to be irritating here, I'm just confused as to why.

(I thought the big thread on her came out to she wasn't a dealer so everyone was ok. Was/Is there more?)

The problem with the knife is who made them?
What did ann_dem do wrong?
Did she somehow conceal from you who made them?

She,He,It.....are thieves ....selling stolen knives.
 
Gus, those knives are valueable--but to someone else. Just post them for sale and let them go. Or talk to a trading dealer.

Finding out whether they were contraband may be impossible, so just move along and replace them with something from someone who will make you smile. I can think of a few brands and makers... ;)

There is also the option of selling them and giving the money to charity.

Or find Vlad and stick them where the sun don't shine. . .
 
When I do sell them,the proceeds will go to a charity.

That is the only way I can see good coming from them.

I just don't see it, even after reading the Peterinct posting.

I don't think a "Con" would screw some people and not others. I've recieved over $2,000 in 2-knife transactions from her shipped from Israel -> USA before I was even obligated to pay for them.... How many people(sellers) would do that in their right mind..

As far as Im concerned you people badmouthing her probably don't communicate well and especially with people in foreign countries..

Also, I'd be real curious to here what your facts are behind the idea, that her knives are stolen.

If you didn't pay for the knives yourself why would it bother you to send them to someone with morals that will pay for them? At 100% profit. I found out some more of the story as I would suggest you do also before saying anything else about it. You will find that it's warranted.

I thought I was dealing with an honest person.

There is plenty of now overwhelming evidence at this point to realize that if she was not Vlad H then she was working with him.
