Thanks for the heads up. You probably saved a lot of people some grief by stepping up to the plate. The "respected" members on BF may want to remember that for a con artist your recomendation would mean more than simply screwing you over.
Too bad something can't be done about this guy. Can't possibly cost that much to have someone hit in Israel.

Bastid has no need to apologize. Anyone can be conned...anyone can make a mistake.
That he chooses to apologize anyway is a measure of his integrity.
I say...accept. And let him move on.
EDIT: Isn't it great to have people like Bastid (Gus) and Gig watching your back? Putting in considerable extra effort to protect us from spammers, con artists, etc? Think about the irritation if not actual trouble you've avoided through their efforts...
