but the ? is one RC knife right? if it was only one knife period! and it had to be a rc knife, well that changes everything.

Maybe the title was suppose to be
If you could only own one RAT Cutlery blade for each hand.:)

I voted for the RC-4 but my Izula is almost a tie because I keep it with me at all times, I've grown attached to it. After I get a RC-6 it may change things.

Own only one... and RC4, with plans to get at least one more. So perhaps my answer will change when the new toy arrives someday...

apparently, my RC3 -- since my future purchases will likely be ESEE knives... :D

For now I only own two HESTS and one Izula. So far I would take the HEST. I am waiting on an RC4 and hope to get an RC5 soon so that could possibly change. However for my urban environment here and my every day travels I'm really happy with the HEST.

Right now my RC3 in desert tan gets the most use, so thats what I voted for:thumbup: Of course the izula folder might change that.

RC 4 by far. I have had it on me everyday since September 26 2009 and I have used it for everything from opening MREs to cutting tie downs on HMMWVs and MRAPs, cutting my fingernails and flex cuffs. I think this is the best knife for deployments and I am very glad I have it here.

I think I would go with the RC4. Definetly one of my favorite outdoor knives. THe RC3 would probably be my second choice.

I'm trying to decide on my first ESEE as I type - I'm leaning toward the RC-6 because I don't have a do all camp/bushcraft type knife yet. It's truly a hard choice though. RC-4 or RC-6?

BTW, are most dealers stocking the RC-6's with the clip plate yet or are the Molle locks still around? I'd prefer to have the clip plate.
