If You Had To Choose Just One Spyderco...

I'll let you all guess... :D

Yeah, I haven't been around here too long, but I would have laid money on your pick (Gayle Bradley) and Surfingringo's (I would have bet that it was one of those H1 folders, but I wasn't sure it was the Pacific Salt) ;). I've been wondering what you thought of the Bradley Bowie. It looks great, love the profile, I'm just not sure about the PSF 27. Although, given Bradley's history as a maker and a competition cutter, he's probably not going to use a steel he isn't confident about.

Lol, bet it would only take 3 guesses to get it right.

Let's see,
1. GB
2. GB
3. GB

Hope 1 of those were correct ;)

Oh, and +1 for GB for me also

Yeah I figured I'd be easy. :D

I REALLY want to pick up the Bowie, but I haven't the cash at this point. I will get one though. Only a matter of time.

Delica, so far.

Since this is from our collections, and as much as I'd like to choose my PM2, I have to go with my Double Bevel.

Wife got it for me, so...............

yeah, I just heard that whip crack from all of you.:D

It was going to be the sage 1,then I saw the Endura photo-but I would still pick the Sage 1,super close please don't ask this question again :livid:

It doesn't bear thinking about...but I'm looking into my knife drawer and...I'm torn between the Elmax Para2 and the Manix 2 XL and the S90V Military...no, no, it's just awful to contemplate this...sorry...

I was pretty confident that if you asked me this last week, I'd have said Endura.

Then I met the Gayle Bradley.

Spyderco Nilakka all day.i'am a fan of fixed blade's,but this Nilakka turned me on for price/quality.a new Spyderco (slysz bowie) to come yet!

M390 PM2.

Just barely beats out the Gayle Bradley and CTS-204P Dominio. But the Domino feels a little lightweight for some things and the Bradley is a little too heavy for my tastes at other times.

PM2 is a great balance between the two and even better with M390.

Probably, the Gunting, because there is nothing else quite like it. Collectibility has little to do with it; the Gunting is a perfect fit in my hand. I bought several, to make sure I had enough to last a very long time, as I knew that it would not be manufactured indefinitely.

I had considered making the Ronin my choice, but I managed to acquire a pre-owned Snody Ronin, so could live without a Spyderco Ronin. I actually cut things more often with various Spyderco Rescue models than anything else, but other manufacturers make lesser knives that could substitute.

Another Spyderco I would not want to be without, is the Civilian. It may fill a very narrow niche, but one that could be very very important.

The Gunting remains my final answer.
