If You Had To Choose Just One Spyderco...

This is like asking, "so if you can only choose 1 tire on your car or truck, which corner would you keep?"
It just ain't gonna work! :p

Delica for me, please. I have never needed anything beefier.

I don't know about the truck/tires comparison; you don't need four Spydercos in your possession to make a cut with one of them ;) . Hell, what do I know, maybe you do. :)

If I had to choose just one Spyderco to survive on it would be their C-44 Dyad folder. Which is a two bladed folder, full sized with one clip point plain edged blade and also a sheepsfoot fully serrated blade. To me it's the best of both of Spyderco's knife selections. I EDCed a full sized C-44 Dyad for almost two years and I think I'm just about to do it again. But I really want the newer VG-10 Dyad instead of using my older ATS-55 unit.

If I had one and only one Spyder to choose from it's a no-brainer >> it is the C-44 Dyad.

Plain edge, Spyderedge Salt, Keychain, Fixed. Need. :p

Based on the number I have currently... A Manix of some sort. The Manix2 xl is pretty awesome.

Honorable mention to the original lockback Manix.

Second honorable mention to the Large Lum Chinese with G-10

i liked the PM2. but, just a bit too much handle, if you know what i mean. so, for my needs, the Endura 4 wins. i like the blade shape and the grind is wonderful. it's what i consider a big blade in a "small package". it's light and the "spydie hole" does not stick way out away from the scales.

now, if Spyderco ever did an endura 4 with G10 scales, well...uhhh...i'd buy one....

Toss up between my Manix Cruwear and Chokwe...but I'd really dislike being without my Millie team.

there's a catalog? oh. searching....

ha. looks like it's been around for a while. i really need to pay attention....especially before i open my big yapper.

thanks wiredbeans.

P.S. i have always wanted to quote myself.

Manix 2 XL. I don't know of anyone but Spyderco who makes a big, tough knife with such a slender, slicey blade.

that's a difficult one. I'd probably get a Southard and get it modified by Smock Knives

Plain Jane PM2.

Sprint runs are cool, but hurt a lot more if you lose/damage them. If I only have one then I'm going to USE it, and I don't want to hesitate because it's a collectible.

Military is a close second, but just too darn big to be the one and only.
