Either my SAK Spartan or a similar model with a saw, perhaps a camper or hiker. Realistically covers about 95% of my needs.
 
oal ~7.5", slight negative angle, ~3" blade length, 1" tall, .1" thick, 1/2-2/3 high grind, spear point, half lenght top swedge, thumb hole opening, M2 hss, .960" tall handle, tapered butt, .420" thick, 3 screw construction + pivot, partially open, .05" SS liner lock, top stop pin, black g10 scales, adjustable beefy pivot surface w/washers, pocket clip tip down.

Other than that, anything will do.
 
tough call... I love my Emersons and Busses... but there is just something about this Randall model 5-6

SAK one-handed Trekker. I rarely carry it, but I could only choose one that would be it.
