If you were to start over what would you get?

If I were to start over with the knowledge that it took thousands of dollars and many years to accumulate -

Large Sebenza (any flavor)
Spyderco Military - preferably ti framelock
Strider SmF lego full flat grind

I have a s90v CF Para2 on the way too now also. Now I'm not sure which one I personally value more, my Gray Para2, or this CF coming. CF is rarer and more sought after but they're both my grails.

Congrats on your incoming, it's an awesome knife. I carried mind yesterday and it was the first time I had a knife in my pocket. It was light you hardly know you have it on you.

I think my next major knife purchase will be the Sebenza 25. I REALLY like that knife, and it's construction. Very nice, but pretty expensive for me. So, it's gonna have to wait till I save my pennies up.:D

Good luck on the hunt for a Sebenza.

If I started over I would get nicer knives now that I know more about them. I started of with a bunch of cheapo knives and am just starting to get higher end ones.

This is what I'm hoping to avoid, thanks for sharing.

For edc options,

1. Case Peanut
2. #7 Opinel
3. Izula or similar sized fixed blade.

Quoted for truth! I wonder if I'd be able to appreciate my higher end pieces if I did not first start out by trying many many low-cost, high-value knives.

If I were to start my collection over now, I'd pick up a few alox SAKs early on...

1) Small Gents Folder- I like the GB Air,
2)Med EDC, My current is my S30v Skyline.
3) Big folder- mine is a military with a STR clip.

EDC - Carbon Fiber Sebenza 21 (perfect EDC size, weight, and quality)
Larger EDC - Benchmade 710-M390 (ideally with custom carbon fiber handles)
Small EDC - Benchmade 940 (gold class)

Fail. The deal is off. No CF Pm2 at least for the time being. Oh well.

3 ~~ Spyderco Kris Knives.! Have 6 of them now and wish I had 6 more.* You might say I really like the Kris. ya reckon.? lol

If I could start over but kept the knowledge I have acquired, I would have saved my money on things that I sold and ended up with:
3.5" xm18
Large Insingo Sebenza
BK9

And an alox sak.

Small sebenza
Some type of flipper (my fav right now is my Eddleman)
Halfritch slip joint for work

Thanks for all the suggestions, please keep them coming. The Sebenza obviously has a great fanbase, must be a great bang for the buck.
