Well I am still waiting for an answer on my PM to you about this knife. Your answer may result in an immediate sale of the knife. And for the record, if I get it, the $ goes directly to PG.

It would seem to contradict much of what Fallon's Knives has said recently if you've made an offer that hasn't been responded to.
 
i apologize, he just sent that pm a little while ago this morning. i responded right now.

and just so yall know this is what i said when he asked about the blade.

k im looking at the blade now,
on the clip there is no dings, i think its because the clip is a hammered finish it may have looked that way.
and on the blade itself by the name j. krammes there is a few tiny scratches from where the blade hits the metal when it opens and closes.
and on the other side are 2 tiny tiny ones where the top bevel meets the bottom one. but those are hardly noticeable and you have to be inches from the blade to see them. but im telling you because you asked. other than that the blade looks good and hasnt cut anything.

I had two questions about the condition of the knife. I did ask him to look at the knife directly so that there would be no mistake. I can understand if he does not have the knife with him. BUT, he did not even afford me the courtesy of a reply, so I guess I don't really know where I stand at this point. :confused:

I now have a PM in to John (PG) and will hopefully hear back from him asap.

As it stands, I will be getting the folder from FK, who will overnight it to me today and then provide proof to me that he has done so. When I receive the knife, I will report back that it is or is not as he described it. Call me crazy, but I anticipate that there will be no more issues in getting the knife to me, it being as described, and PG getting his $ directly from me post haste. God willing, one of my boys will then be getting the knife as a gift from mom and dad.

thedemoguy, im sorry but who are you and why are you posting? we have worked out or deal and you really don't need to comment. and btw i already shipped the knife out and sent him tracking

I have spoken with on_the_edge and he has arranged payment. I will post here when funds are received and the debt is considered settled. He has advised me that he will report here when the knife arrives in his hands. All of this ugly non sense is nearly behind us, I hope.
 
thanks for the input demo, but im pretty sure we had this pretty much settled before you posted the comment. and i said i would pay pg and thats what i have done. it has taken me longer than i would like and im not making excuses, and i wont go into all of that because it doesn't matter. but i have lived up to what i said i was going to do (so far, until the knife is in edges hand and pg has final payment). so until something happens, which it wont, you can keep those kindof comments to yourself, or you can pm me all you want and explain to me what your thinking.
 
UPDATE!!!

I got the Krammes from the USPS today. The knife obviously was shipped overnight as FK promised. Before buying, I asked several questions regarding its condition. FK was both accurate and forthcoming in answering those questions. The knife is as was described and FK is good to go. IMO, he has upheld his part of the deal and no longer needs to be involved here. And actually, the knife is even nicer than I thought it would be. :thumbup:

PG requested a USPS MO. I sent him a PM earlier today to the effect that the MO was sent this morning, and it was. I anticipate he will be getting his money in a few days. And anybody here who knows me can say, there is absolutely no question that PG's $ is on the way. Still, I have asked John to let everyone know when he gets it and that he is satisfied.

I think things sound pretty good, not that my opinion matters much in this thread. I've been peeping in from time to time through this and it seems that by you actually holding up to your end and finishing the payment, all things should clear up soon.

There's been scammers, spammers, and saudi scammers that have taken things and made a run for it, and you have actually admitted your wrongs and wrote your rights and to me this situation has turned up a lot better than a lot of other GB&U threads I've seen.

I hope everything washes down and pops back up in full bloom here :)

I see no reason for you to leave Bladeforums unless you want to. You've made things right and hopefully learned from the experience.
