I remember the last "upgrade". You downgraded the forums not too long after. I'd rather wait until the problems are fixed before switching Spark. No good trading fancy features for new headaches.

I'd say there's a consensus - save 'em. Actually, I wouldn't mind switching right away as long as these forums and archives would still be available. That might not be feasable in terms of bandwidth and such, though.

Whatever you do, please don't erase all the great information, reviews, articles, discussions, comparisons, faq's, and everything else.

How about saving the old forums and letting them stay as is when you shut them down for the archives of information that is there?
The search info on the old forums is valuable
. Many hard hours of typing were put into the old forums. The information is priceless.

Then open the new forums and let it go as it will.

I agree. Save the archives. They are worth waiting at least a week for the upgrade.

Would also buy a cd.
