Inexpensive knives that you have liked

Douk Douk. I have several and love them. They are truly reliable beaters. I currently carry a sheepfoot version and beat the living hell out of it.

Outdoor Edge Pocket Lite
Outdoor Edge Pocket Grip
Gerber/Bear Grylls Scout
Ka-Bar Doziers
Victorinox Tinker
Buck Bantam 256's

For an extra $2 or so over your $25 limit($26.85 at one internet dealer), you can get one of Matt Diskin's little Volcan Coronado assisted flippers. You can't do any better for the money than one of those.

I have a old style CS Voyager (pre-triad Lock) plain edge, clip point. that I have treated like rented mule and has not shown any signs of wear. picked it up for near 25 dollars.

While I may have paid more than $25 for them after subtracting S&H I paid right about $25 ea for my SOG Field Pup and Pentagon Elite II. Both have given me YEARS of use, the PEII as my EDC which will be getting yet another well deserved trip back to SOG as soon as my Griptilian shows up.
My other vote would be for the CRKT M16 series. I and many of my friends/acquaintances have have put many years of use and abuse on them. I gave my first one to my little brother who used it as a camper, camp counselor, ski instructor and whitewater raft guide up until it finally got lost in the field. I told him that it was fine, I gave it to him because it's a good knife that will stand up to use but isn't so expensive as to cause a coronary if it breaks or gets lost. I'm far happier that he got the better part of a decades use out of it and lost it than I would be if he kept it safe in his room till the day he died.

In that price range the only thing I can think of is a sak or something like the leatherman micra.

So far the Kershaw Tremor, best $20 shipped knife I own. Great value and quality for the money.

Just got it but the Boker Plus G4, shows a lot of promise. So far very impressed with it but haven't really put it threw it's paces yet. Solid build, nice 3 7/8" 440C Warncliff blade.

Recently got a new small Victorinox Tinker. It is a lot of knife for $19.00. Easy to sharpen, useful tools, easy to carry. No matter what other knives I may be carrying I usually also have a Victorinox of some type on me.

Kershaw Tremor and 1-Ton, Schrade SCH302 and SCH304, and the Ontario Utilitac. They each are endearing in their own way in spite of the friendly prices.
