Only 5 days to go until the trip guys.
 
Nice!! Can't wait guys. Between moving, painting, unpacking over the last two weeks, my weekends have been robbed!
Excited to get out and relax around a big fire.
 
Looks to be a bit chilly and wet, which means a bigger fire, more choppin, and a little more drink to keep you warm:D
 
Fine by me rcb.....better than hot, muggy and a bunch of mosquitoes. We are gunna have a blast! I'm bringing some good seasoned firewood to help. And yes Timmy, many pics will be taken. This is the first of many....maybe you can join us next time.

Two more days boys! I started to assemble the knives I'm taking for the trip and snapped a couple pics. I'm bringing mostly Busse's but a couple other manufacturers as well.





 
If anyone has an ASHBM user, I'd love to take a few whacks with it. Hoping to pick one up soon, but like anything, its always nice to take it for a test drive and kick the tires before buying it.

I'll have a few timbers in the truck as well for us to bust into splinters...4x8 oak cribbing timbers. Should serve well for a chop off? We can't forget safety Eyewear. ....splinters be flying! Im just loading down a bunch of stuff to chop up....to bad I can't bring some people I know....whoops.....did I say that out loud?

will a War Train be nuzzled between that moab and battle mistress in the near future??
 
Man, this sounds like a blast. I have commitments I couldn't break this weekend or I would have signed up and maybe begged Resin to swing through Cincy to carpool :)
