Only people from the NE, in my experience, talk distance in terms of minutes.

Nah, folks in WI and TN do that to. I think it's pretty common, and it makes sense to me.

So does this mean I have a problem

You have a cool opener in a cool sheath. What's the problem, no beer to go with it?

Nice work. Is that oak?

It appears to be made of leather, and the opener is some kinda plastic

Yes we lost the top out of one of our large oaks this spring. Its from that.

:D I hope you know that I was just giving you a hard time, like 710 and his beautiful rocks a while back.

One of these days I will put in an order with you for my first custom sheath.

Love you leather work psyop. It looks very distinctive. It reminds me of antique/older type leather work. Like that a sheath that could be on a grandpappys belt knife that still holds together strong. Well made, and built to last.

Thinking about ordering a belt from A&G Leather, anyone here had one before? Thoughts?

I dont know about them but I bought one from Simply Rugged I have been very happy with it. I also think that Skystorm said he made belts on request but I may be wrong.

Tis the season I guess... My son had a fever a couple days ago and well tada sinus infection. Poor little guy. Luckily he got some antibiotics and is doing better just fussy. BUT I was up past 5 this morning with my daughter who was throwing up with a 102.4 fever. Doctor today said that the "good" news is that it is just a virus. "BAD" news is that everyone is the home is probably going to get it... Step right up for a free ride on the pukey express. I forsee lots of lysol, hand soap, and promethazine is our future.

This just seemed to go together very well.

So i batoned off the pin that connect my old beat up leatherman's tools together and took the can opener and phillips head screwdriver bits and put those on my keychain! Already got perfect little holes on them.

And i now i get to try putting a whole new edge on a knife because the knife i used is a test blade, i use it for all types of stuff i dont want to use one of my good knives for and its .24" thick 5160, but it got a nice chip in it from going through that metal, i knew it would get damaged some before i did it but i didnt care.

But i got some good working tools on my keychain now :D surprising they both still have enough metal behind the tool to grip up on too. Good stuff.

That's a pretty slick idea.

The Ka-Barleys are hard to find I had to bribe a guy that got it from Ethan ;)

Hmmmm, bummer. I'm going to have to see Uncle E and give him an offer he can't refuse.

That's a cool idea. I'd like to see 'em off the tool.

Or you can call Ka-Bar and order one from them, and not have to go all mafia on a man who has a cult following of knife weilding maniacs!

Got a package from JD today!

A sweet sheath for my Hornet its layered and has a nice swell to push off with your thumb. I also had him make a sheath for my Remora so its nice and secure for neck carry. I also got a bunch of cool swag. Thanks JD I love it.
