Inkosi

I think getting rid of the 21 would be one of the worst things Chris could do. There are plenty of people who dislike the locking mechanism on the 25 and Zaan. (me being one of them)

I agree with some here, I'm sure one of these will be added to my collection but the small 21 is still the top.
Dang I wish Chris would make a large Mnandi. His waiting list would be endless. Mnandi with a 3.5" blade.

I think this blade length should have been 3" even. It would make sense. He already has a good selling 2.75" mnandi and he has the 2.94" small 21.

With small knives one consideration is always knife laws. The 2.94 of the small 21 might be a little too close for places with 3" knife bans. Making it a little smaller makes it more obvious.

Anyways........after the somewhat premature 25 Micarta hate-fest I give CRK the benefit of the doubt. The knife is likely gonna rock. Look at the Spyderco Techno's popularity. This knife is bound to find its way into a few of those pockets.

Want.... Bordering on need... What a fantastic looking little blade!
Is there any further info available such as availability date?

Dumb question for a person with just small 21's. Difference in lockup methods defined please?

Myself, I like the smalls so I'm interested in it, but it does seem even more so on the small side. Although with the clip off an pretty nice pocket knife. Wonder what the final price will be though in the street.

It is a beauty of a knife. I like to have smalls and larges, personally. I know I'm different from a lot of people, but I hope it has the 25 style pivot and lock. I prefer to set my own tension on the blade and I really like the single thunk of the lockup on a 25 with the ceramic ball lock face. It will definitely be a knife I must have.

Oh Yee of little faith…. WE've followed CRK this far….I'm not a blind follower, nor a believer in smalls, but there must have been a market, or he wouldn't build it. It's a new model, which helps keep the blood flowing…. give it a chance , let's see what happens,,, I also prefer the Reg,MM, 21 family, but could live with UM ,25 etc.

I'll definitely buy it. I actually like the smalls. We have no restrictions on knives with a CCW but I find the 2.5 - 3" blades more useful for EDC. I just hope they have a few foe sale at Blade this year!

I am more of a large sebenza guy, but know the small has just as strong a following. Any NEW model or size from CRK is always great news. I am sure I will get one as I really like the 25. If its as beefy as the larger 25, this little guy is going to be the Tank of the smaller knife world....!!!

Hmmm. Not sure about this one, but will I get one????.... Of course. We all will. Don't fool yourselves.

"The Inkosi will feature continued upgrades and enhancements to the tried and true integral lock". I can't wait to see what Mr. Reeve has planned.

Also, can't wait to see how they do the inlays. (hopefully soon after the release)... Micarta only? Wood? Exciting for sure.

I'll get one. Not even up for debate really. Will be interesting to see what "continued upgrades and enhancements to the tried and true integral lock" means. I wonder if they will come with something other than a ceramic ball lock interface? Maybe a SS lockbar insert? Interesting...and exciting.

Im wondering if the official explanation & design features will be given at the Blade Show.

Excited about this...
I wonder if the blade has the same thickness of the 25 ==> Winner!
You know where this leads..... another item on the list!
