Ah, okay. Had no idea this was the guy. I have seen these videos alot over the last several years.

Great videos. Thanks for putting them up :).

I've done somewhat similar things in the past (the different grinds on different portions of the blade), just not to that extreme. I do find that it has helped though.

Anyway, has anyone been getting their packages in the mail yet? I'm on the other side of the country, so I'd expect mine to be among the last, but was just curious if others had started to receive theirs so I could know when to start paying more attention for packages.

Hey OcnLogan ....

I really figured I would only be sending out a few boxes....... I was wrong, again...... The boxes are all assembled and the labels all prepped...... I am picking up more inner tubes tomorrow and expect to ship them all on Tuesday ......

pure speculation but it seems as though it could be a little brittle if it gets banged around

another option to consider is the DMT credit card diamond stones, they're like 12 bucks each and are actually the same size as a credit card. picked one up for the wallet and so far it works pretty well

I have these, and they work pretty well. They're a bit small for a BK9 or similar, but you totally CAN sharpen a blade like that on that surface (I've done mine a few times with it). I have the three pack of coarse, fine, and xfine.
