Introducing the Zero Tolerance 0801

You guys are on fire, between this and the 566... so much for my resolution of spending less on cutlery this year

I've been trying to decide on my first Mid Tech, and now this comes along. ZT is making it very hard to justify the extra expense! That Mid is going to have to come second!

Perfect. Don't use the black pivot! TRex style with the satin pivot! Lets start a count as to who likes the black or shiny satin.

+1

What a sweet lookin' blade. Those clean lines and patterns make this look like it came from the future. This might very well be my first ZT!

I'd prefer a natural polish. But I'd guess the black will rub off eventually anyway.

I prefer the silver pivot.

I can see one of these with a blue anodizing job in my pocket.

What concerns me: bearings running directly on the titanium of the handle scales. When you look at the Spyderco Southard for example, they drop a flat steel washer between Ti scale and bearing to reduce the wear of the bearing balls on the softer titanium.

This new 2013 lineup from Kershaw and ZT... Might as well embrace the inevitable and change my direct deposit to go straight to them...

IKBS runs straight on the ti..never had any issues. Can't see why a captive bearing system would be any different..

..I've also had two tilts and two 561's and this was never an issue
