Is There an Ultimate Slipjoint Storage Solution

I like the wood storage cabinets/tool chest approach. May have to look at the Harbor Freight version if they have them in stock.

I store my knives in plastic boxes and sometimes plastic boxes inside other plastic boxes. But the nicer stuff gets stored in "Really Useful" plastic boxes which are sold at Office Depot in varying sizes. I don't display anything. I keep the unused knives in their original boxes or tubles and they take up a lot of space.
 
Truth be told, you folks have too many knives :rolleyes: that's why you struggle for storage... :o
I found the ultimate (for me) slipjoint storage solution...it's called drawer :D
Seriously, storing knives is not a problem for me, but it's nice to see how you're dealing with the issue. Some of those wooden chests do look nice indeed :thumbup:
