Hey all, almost the reverse of last week most of the stars struggled to shine in week 15 bar a few who just a bout blew up the box score. Two teams progressed to the semifinals of the playoffs and two others fell to the consolation bracket. Meanwhile our two highest scoring teams were fighting it out for the losers bracket.
Some more RB injuries have produced some last minute pickups and the New Orleans saints apparently arent the worst defense the NFL has ever seen anymore.
Playoff bracket
English Muffins (110) Vs San Jose, Il Belduques (88)
LACY! Okay so James starks still produced the same numbers and vulture (IMO) 2 touchdowns but Lacy it turns out is not fat again, after being fat again for 1 game. His box score was about the different between the two teams, of course Andy Dalton posting 1 point after going out of the game, and for the season, with a fracture in his thumb didnt hurt, though it probably didnt feel too good for Dalton himself. And the consolation for the San Jose might be that half of the Muffins team now has backup qbs throwing to them.
The new name didnt bring the same luck latterly for the San Jose despite a valiant effort for Brandon Macmanus and Brandon Marshall, even Randall Cobb remembered hes meant to be a number 1 wr this year. Unfortunately mediocre production from a seahawks stifled Javorius Buck Allen and a timeshared Langford along with Amari Cooper being shut out in Denver was enough to end the Belduqes chances for the 2015 playoffs and the Muffins go on to most likely get baked by the Aardvarks.
See you in week 13 next year fellas  thanks for the good games and the head stopping you gave the muffins last week to.
The Honey Badgers (76) Vs MX Thunderballs (128)
The Badgers suffered from the Saint defense coming back around and Freeman struggling in a hurting Falcons offence. Gary Barnage remains one of the top TE producers but the Badgers had to watch as most of their stars failed to put up numbers this week, even Big Ben could only manage 13 and Matt forte struggled in the same timeshare that hurt the San Jose team.
On the other side of the field the Thunderballs continue to rumble across the sky, Ryan Fitzpatrick continues to be one of the most consistent qbs this year and David Johnson shined against in his second straight start. The Thuinderballs never struggle for wr producing and this week was no different even if, (shock of all shocks), Antonio Brown failed to score over 30 points! Even Tyler Locket on the bench showed some of what he can do to the tune of 28 points.
The Badgers fall to the consolation bracket with this weeks lowest score while the Thunderballs move on to face the Stoney Jabronies in the semis.
Lets all take a moment to commemorate the fallen shall we
And now the losers bracket
Bush Did Deflategate (134) Vs Texas Pugs (103)
The Pugs gamble on Johnny Manzel failed as benched Brotels put up 29 points to Johnny Footballs 17, but in the end the loss of Sammy Watkins points and nuk Hopkins second (non consecutive) poor performances in fantasy stifled what was a close game the box score might suggest. It wasnt until Monday night that the BDDs were able to pull away so convincingly with the highs coring antics of one Javis Landry. Doug Baldwins continued hot streak put them in the lead by the end of Sunday though, as did Aaron Rodgers good game and very solid rb production from Perterson and J.Stew. BDD wisely, and maybe painfully, chose to bench Dez and it turns out to have been the right decision. And Im sure glad the panthers D isnt in my upcoming schedule because they are a dominant force this year.
Sanchez Butt-Fumbles (146) Vs Jackhammer (102)
The highest score of the week comes to us via the Sanchez Butt-Fumblers, even with Ryan Tannerhill at the helm, over Kirk Cousins
its been a weird year  Odell Beckham went off on Monday night football pulling the giants to ta win and the Fumblers to some pretty impressive numbers but in order to post 146 the fumblers had help across the board from Golden Tate who once again stepped into his if Calvin cant do it, Ill do it role as well as continued goodness from Chris Ivory and Doug Martin. Despite Tom Brady the Jackhammers continue to struggle this year, the saints revival didnt include getting much use out of Brandin cooks, and in fact Benji Watson who did benefit was unfortunately riding pine. That didnt hurt the Jackhamemr to much though since Will Tye put up the same numbers and was safely in the roster. Jeremy Maclin and Allen Hurns continue to be nice producers this year even if the broncos d, while still real life awesome, is fantasy sludge right now.
Well, thats all folks, or at least as much as I have time to blabber about right now, see you all in week 2 of the playoffs before we all slink of too plan or 2016 draft
