Your handicap is that none of us are that good at carving! Hope you can make it...I can guarantee you will enjoy yourself and like JK Knives your first won't be your last.

I'll bring sausage and buns for Saturday lunch. Also a bottle of Jack Fire for around the fire. (Target has it so I can get a discount on it)
 
I've got Friday Dinner:

tortillas
skirt steak
onions
cheese
pablano peppers
hot sauce
beers (can't forget beers)
Jim Beam (there's way too much Jack out there)
 
If I'm not out in the Caribbean I might be able to stop by. I'll bring a few cases of beer if I do.
 
I might be convinced to bring a few packs of Dragonmead Final Absolution. Looks like I need to change my profile, I live in MI now.
