John Angel from Sweden

i would have to say there is no such person as john angel or there would be a listing somewhere for him. to me the name seems made up. i have a funny feeling about harada too. he was on the forum but hasnt posted so maybe he's guilty of something or knows more than what he's saying. he hasnt filled out his profile either. jjameslk, i noticed you dont have yours filled out either. how about filling it out so we know more about you. welcome to the forums too.

Hi all!

I want to thank everyone in this thread for the information re Mr. Angel aka Custom.Knives aka whoosis in Pakistan or wherever making knives and selling them on eBay. Personally, I like the LOOKS of some of what I've seen... but then, I'm into scifi and fantasy and heavily into costuming. Some of these knives look to be great in that regard; as far as actually using them in the field? LOL, gimme Benchmade...

Oh yeah, what about this guy LexisArticles on eBay?

The product he sells looks SUPER SIMILAR to the stuff put up there by Custom.Knife; I wonder if he's the guy's brother or something, or if this Mr. Angel person moved to Canada? I will somewhat abashedly admit I purchased two knives from this LexisArticles, a hunter and a folder. The hunter was nicely done, the damascus not too bad, and the fit and finish were super. The folder kinda sucked, though, on closer inspection; it was like the two halves of the thing were done separately then stuck together and didn't quite align right. It works ok, though; it'll just sit in my collection, or maybe my son-in-law might like it. Anyway, has anyone anything new to add re this Lexis guy? Thanks! : )
