Sorry you vacation is ending! Right now, I am contemplating a career change and becoming a teacher! The grind of law enforcement is definitely taking it's toll. The schedule rotation is not optimal!

I definitely grew up as a "Star Wars Nerd," me and my buddies would talk hours about the battles between Jedi and Sith. We debated endlessly on who was the worst character (Jar Jar). Who could beat Luke in a light saber battle, and who was the best pilot in the galaxy (always Han). I have passed down the love of these movies and stories to my son. My son and I both agree Obi Wan Kenobi is the best character! When ever a new movie comes out we go and see it opening night!

When I think of SciFi and knives...there is only one image that comes to mind (it actually isn't this specific image but it didn't feel appropriate to post it...anyone seen the movie knows the scene I'm talking about). One of my favorite books/movies of all-time without question.

Good luck on the career change, but bear in mind that teaching is a lot like law enforcement these days... loads of bureaucracy too and teachers need a longer holiday...not nearly as long as they used to be either:rolleyes:

r8shell r8shell Ha Ha! But at least in those days phones were smaller :D Not hardback book size like now.. nor were people permanently fused to them like todayo_O I have a lot of nostalgia for my first mobile phone, a Siemens in 1995. I have a work Smartphone that I seldom turn on :D and my personal one is a 6 year old Nokia that calls, texts and takes pictures, all I want. It's small compact and nobody would want to steal it:thumbsup::D

Another great day of Sci-Fi and knives.
It's been fun, I can't wait for more tomorrow.
I wish you could all be winners, but... "There can be only one" :D
