Anyone remember this name from Georgia?
Was he a college student using multiple names and not delivering?

If I have the name wrong or whatever, I sincerely apologize to Mr Towns.

I called this a while back and have been onto him from the start.

Sidewinder87 is his screen name.
 
Damn. I just got screwed by this guy on another forum.
Well, he's screwed with the wrong one now. If any of you know him, let him know he's going to have one pissed off, insane dude on his doorstep within a few weeks. It ain't gonna be pretty.
 
There's a lot of knife knuts in Atlanta. We'll need more connection than living in the same city.
 
Specwar22@hotmail.com is his Email, I sent a message back in June to one of the moderators to keep an eye on him or at least check him out.

Check out the Badlands forum, your proof is over there.

He also has the same M.O. as Freebird and JtStrider, he goes around humping everyone's leg who has a knife for sale, check out all of his posts, one of the first ones has his Email listed.

I sent him a number of emails addressing him as Mr. Towns and never received a response, if someone was sending me emails calling me Mr. Johnson, I would answer saying you have the wrong address.

Yes. The question is whether he's returned or not. If you read the old threads I gave links to ... that all seemed to be resolved back then.
 
Cougar, did you check out one of the first posts Sidewinder87 made on Bladeforums, Specwar22@hotmail.com is the email he listed to contact him.

My guess is, he is living with his parents and his private email was made private because he didn't want his parents seeing anything that had to do with knives.

Specwar22@hotmail.com is probably a friends email or something similiar.

Okay, that looks like an indication he's back, unless it's an old thread. I can't imagine why you think it's a friend's email address though -- he didn't seem too stoopid to open a hotmail account all by himself....

I've just gone through all Sidewinder87's early posts here and didn't see that email address. Some of his posts were edited....

If this guy is ripping people off again, we should be able to close him down for a good while.

I spoke to the mom (very nice and good person) a couple of times last year and to Brian (his brother also a good kid) once. LIttle johnny is not so good at all.

Here is one we were able to work out last year after I got in touch with his mom. At that time he had set up his brother and was using his mom's email address as well as others. He was also using his parents address and stalking the mailbox while they were at work.

This guy is bad news. I've seen enough to boot him.
 
Yes, Sidewinder87 was definitely him. I use the past tense because Gus made Sidewinder87 walk the plank already, but that doesn't mean there's no more danger. We'll be watching for him to open a new account, but we can't stop him from emailing you with trade offers. Beware!

Unfortunately, that "someone" is me. I'm Long Rifle, and the prick is screwing me over on a trade deal. He thinks.

I'm not sure he's ever run into someone as radical as I am, though. He messed with the wrong dude this time, because I will find him and deal with him face to face.
