Just ate 3 bowls of the wifes homemade tater soup. I won't Be leaving the recliner for about 3 hrs. Unless its to use the toliet! Uuuuuuugggggggg!!!!!!!!!
 
just pulled dinner out of the oven - wild rice stuffed pork chops to go with my Black Butte Porter.
 
Spending my night on the couch. Pulled something in my back earlier, so I'm pretty much immobile right now. Probably going to instruct the gf how to make some beef stew for supper.

That sucks. I used to have issues with my back. I always thought chirophractors were not ligitimate doctors. Just glorified bone crackers. I went to breakfest with a friend of mine one morning and my back was so bad I couldn't sit in the hard wood chair. Against my wish he took me directly to his chirophractor. After about a dozen sessions no more problems. That was about 4 yrs ago. Still feel good even though I was told I needed to keep going.

Guyon posted up a picture contest for the second BK24 -- and limited it to pictures of the BK2 or BK4, of which I own neither. :(

Sounds like a good excuse to go out and pick up a couple new Beckers this weekend!

I saw that. I gave away my BK4 and my BK2 is under construction at the moment. I've gotta get my 2 back in working order and put a edge on that thing stat.

They are wonderful aren't they? I haven't been to on for quite a while but definitely need to get to one again soon.
 
Its a Friday night at hopefully people are doing something important...like sharpening knives and drinking beer

As a matter of fact...

Yes, Oxide, that makes sense. It's also a pain in the butt if I want to leave the rest of the coating on. It would draw the swedge back quite far, and I haven't decided I like that yet.
