Just broke my M6 in half :(

We replaced it with a brand new M6, and he promptly turned around and sold it. The M6 he sent in was seriously abused, hammered on etc.
This has happened one other time, customers that just want to test our blades to destruction, have no real desire to own our stuff. They will buy it, intentionally try to destroy it and then send it in under the warranty, get a new one and then sell the new one.
