And shaving sharp out of the box my estwing, or any of the others I looked at, was not. The ZT was if I remember. And the GFB Small forest axe certainly was. Sharper than most knives I have received as it turns out. I do like the estwing BTW.

I don't think insulting me is necessary. You posted a video promoting a product that used horribly dangerous technique. And when called on it you resort to insults. Why do that?

It is a video, not a YouTube. Lots of quality information on YouTube. Please don't post the dangerously poor information often found there. You will find yourself having this conversation with members here often if you choose to do so.

Again with the insults. It is not trolling to correct vastly unsafe information posted. You said "one of these" would work and then posted a video of a guy cutting wood with an axe on his leg. That is bad information. Don't post it. And don't get upset when you get called on posting it.
Then you need to get busy critiquing everyone else's posts also , 'cause I sure see a lot of silly and "dangerous" ones . God gave us a brain to sort these things out . Might try that approach ?
Or you could admit that you messed up and accidentally spread dangerous misinformation because you posted a video without watching it in an attempt to talk about an axe you like. You could have done that and we wouldn't still be talking about this. Or did you watch it and still post it?
