I bet. It was one of those where I always said I'd get one and then next thing you know...they're gone. That's what I get for waiting. I'm sure whatever I got instead has been safely sitting in my drawer never getting carried...
 
KAI kitchen knives are the TOP of the POPS (and are priced as such) but they yet have to disappoint my little slow chef being... I love everything about them, like incorporating traditional designs with high end modern metallurgy, mainly !

Anyone who is worried about folder locks, should go with a fixed blade. To me a folder lock is a little like a gun safety. Nice to have, but it is foolish to rely on (any of) them.
