Mystery Update # 1 - I have decided to make this a mystery give away as well. What's the mystery ? You will have to figure it out, as you would if you read a mystery novel. There may be clues in a single post I make or a response I make to participants. You will have to read closely to better your chances of winning. The other part of the mystery is what the third knife or prize might be. I have updated page one to reflect this, but, I might not update it anymore. 😇

This is an intellectually taxing GAW, what with mystery clues, historical riches, fine horses, pulsating :cool:

I switched from a modest Bourbon on ice to Red wine from Portugal, tough, chewy and very invigorating, thus my latest picks are:

1. Messier
2. Zandon
3. Crown Prince

And some more knife backdrop

Not going to indulge in the usual hypocritical well-wishes for other contestants, you have no chance :D And betting is a serious matter for the fates & gods😱

Point of fact, you did not state in your original rules that you could not enter 😸

That being the case The Jockey Club has re-instated your entry but you might be 100:1 rank outsider...especially if the odds on favourite, Me, doesn't win then you'll be facing a visit from The Board of Ethics headed by the dreaded Madame Pipp. In that event I suggest you and Elijah flee the house and seek refuge in a witness protection programme style scheme, just sayin' 😋

P.S. - if anyone contemplating entering has won a knife from me in any previous GAW and thinks that it matters, it does not. Go ahead and enter ! The more group pictures of knives you post could make a difference and will make a difference if you did not enter a single group photo. ;) 🍀
