Photos Kepharts...They just Work

Got this one from another site, 8670 and 5/32 blade, about 3.5 cutting edge. Slabs are a little thin, but it feels good in the hand.

Not referring to any maker at all - but Kepharts are the ugliest model knife I can think of. They may "just work", but a Kephart will never win an award for looks...................

Some of my kepharts. Finally new pics. I included a blast from the past with my Blindhorse bushcrafter in 01, also seen in my hand. LTKW Busccrafter HC, a Next Gen. Also some JKs. The last two are one from Bryan Breeden in 01 and my latest from a maker whose mark is ashwinearl.

the problem is I do not get to the woods, but maybe the backyard. Yes, it came from BCUSA, I want to use it to see how I like the 8670, others have said it is like L6 or like 5160 that has been stepped up a little. I am pleased I found an older JK Kephart, 4th from the left in the first pic.

Thanks, there is just something I like about the spear pointed blades of a Kephart.

I was contemplating on acquiring a Becker at some point. The wood scales look classic but I know I like micarta too with a good feel.
