Kerry Hampton Knives

Thats a beauty Kerry,a nice set
The BP you built for me is nice & firm,as I asked & since it is a fantastic knife & size as a hunter,I like it locked up open like that. I like anything 3-1/2" or larger,in a slipojoint ,to have somewhat firm pull & def not less than medium. Just me
Keep up the dynamite work

That is one gorgeous knife Kerry. Excellent work. Glad to see some activity in this thread again.

That ebony looks good. I like the good strong pull on mine as well. My wife tried to close it the other day and asked me where the lock was, cause the blade wouldn't close. Perfect.

Fantastic looking job on the 10-uh-C Jack and pick.

Makes we wish I still lived there. :D

Kerry, what a wonderfully attractive knife this Ten-uh-C Jack is. Excellent pattern with just perfect ebony complimented by the darkened blade surface, I love it.
The recently posted jigged bone Knutbuster and ivory Arkansas FH also caught my eye as strikingly excellent. The ivory AFH i'd say is in the top group for "Traditional Folder of the Year" award.
Your knives all have a similar unique 'touch' to them. Other top custom knifemakers may make similar patterns but there is something special about your work that identifies them as "Kerry Hampton" knives. I can't explain it any better than to say it's as though they have a unique 'personality' which is just instantly so appealing.
I know you don't work strictly by list but i hope my turn is coming up soon. I would love to have one of your folders because even if i have a similar pattern from another maker, it won't be the same.

Outstanding!
Real nice overall effect with the stainless hardware and ebony scales, and the darker the etch the better the A2 looks.

That's a great looking knife, Kerry! I love the combination of dark blades and black handle slabs
Glad to see a new knife of you posted here - it's always a pleasure!

Well, Kerry, now you went a did it. Arkansas... Tennessee... I think you're gonna have to come up with something special for every state where you've got customers.

You should start dreaming up something for Washington (state). ;)

Looks right handsome in formal attire, Kerry.

Kerry, Great job buddy! The ebony and the blade
etching is a nice combo! It's nice and clean! Man it
looks good! Congrats, To you both....
