Kerry
That is one terrific looking knife - gorgeous stag and the knife just really flows.
Great work!

What model is that with the dam. blade ? Looks awesome

Most everything I make are patterns that Tony Bose has developed/refined/designed/brought back from the grave/etc. This particular pattern was designed by Tony and named the Lanny's Clip after a good friend of his. It's a beefy little workhorse of a knife.

Kerry, I love your Damascus version of the Lanny's Clip. Your doing great work. hang in there Buddy. Joe Allen

Thank you, Joe, and a big "THANK YOU" to all the looks and positive comments from everyone. I think I will make more knives now. ;)

Just saw the LC in damascus with the fluted pin and can't tell you in mere words how impressive she looks from my vantage point!

Your Herculean efforts are most effective. Keep up the great work, Kerry.

The Lanny’s clip came today and of course it exceeded my expectations. Really smooth action in all three positions and if there’s anything amiss with the new “Sheffield” bolsters I sure can’t see it. (Although it will be a while before I will be able to purge the the mental image of Tony and Kerry whackin' the tar out of it to get the first pin out.)

I'm really looking forward to seeing more knives out of WW with the rattail bolsters.

I love the pattern, swedges, grinds, shield, rattail bolsters and stag, and it came with a wicked edge on it. Thank you very much, Kerry.

Pictured next to the WT that Kerry made last year.

Congrats, Mike. That's a fine lookin' addition!

Sweeeeeeeeet LC Mr. Kool Aid, just as sweet as molasses!. I got to tell you that STAG is got my chicken eye just a bugg'n right now.

Those are some real rich vintage looking style stag scales and they suite the Sheffield style bolsters like they were always intended to be together. .. And you know when you get a Kerry Hampton hand made knife she is going to preform as well as she looks. Congrats to you and Kerry for a finly executed project!

Can you kindly(or someone) tell me here the closed length on the Lanny's Clip, please?

Anthony
