Thanks...I was as excited about getting that shield to pattern like that in the image. Crazy looking symetrical shading...it's the little things ;)

You sure had me looking! I thought you had contoured the shield to fit the stag!! 3-D shields!! What won't they think of next?? Nice knife, Kerry!

It's definitely environmental. Tony's shop is a great place to work and we are constantly trading ideas and energy...and LAUGHS! It's more fun that a fella ought to have in one lifetime. ;)

Reese really saved the day on this knife though. He had some stag that he allowed me to use and now he is probably kicking hisself because...DAYUM!!!...that stag is SEXXXXXYYYYYYY!. :D:cool::thumbup::p

It would be nice to have a female knifemaker(if you could find one) in the shop, but alas, this is one idea that will not fly for several reasons.

As for the "cleavage"...it's a trick of light and shading. That shield follows the radius of the stag and is otherwise smooth and flat. But, that is a crazy idea that someone should try. ;)
 
Kerry, that one is awesome! Love that blade profile and the stag is amazing!

And that shield reminds me of something . . .
