Hey Rat,
Did I strike a nerve??? Hate cops?....had many run-ins with the law? Your comments are indicative of those who hate authority figures!!! Also, do you always accuse everyone who has surpassed your achievements in life as liars???!!! Later days, Rat :jerkit: P.S. when a man has achieved greatness in life...he need no attention!!!

Not that it is your business, but No, I don't hate cops. I dislike morons no matter what their occupation.

So everything you've said before must be a lie, since you have been attention whoring since you got here. Or was that quote a lie?

Touchy little guy aren't you!!!! Rat, if you think me defending myself is moronic...then you've got issues. I don't want to go there...but, personally, I think people like you use a keyboard and monitor to hide behind and lash out against individuals like Seagal and others, and the truth is you wouldn't dare say one ill word against these individuals face-to-face!!! Also, I'm not attention-whoring as you say....I merely coming back at your moronic comments. Cut the smart-mouth comments and maybe we could talk sensibly about knives!!! Remember Rat, you started this "mud-slinging" contest...I'm not trying to run for office...I just spoke my mind!!!:D

I thought you were leaving . . .

Good thing celebrities everywhere have valiant crusaders like you, scouring the Internet & defending their honor.

So you are a Steven Seagal fan club member? More power to ya.

The Attention Whoring comment was not a smart mouthed comment, merely an observation, having read your posts as you desperately tried to establish yourself as a badass. If that is "Speaking your mind" then you have a one-track mind filled with either an inflated ego, or delusions of grandeur.

More rumor:
According to the cast of Saturday Night Live, of all the hundreds of guests they worked with, Steven Seagal was bar none the biggest asshole. Yes LeBell got the better of Seagal and I think we can all agree that it was funny he crapped himself after he passed out, but to be fair, Lebell also did the same thing to Bruce Lee (only Lee didn't poop himself). So its not like some random guy came up to Seagal and destroyed him. Of course there was the incident where he was thrashed rather severely by his own bodyguard.

My dad worked for Jean Claude van Damme and says he is an asshole as well.

As long as we are talking about musclemen, my neighbor has worked for Arnold Schwarzenegger, supposedly he is a nice and normal fellow, but his MP5K toting guards are extremely rough, if you come snooping around they will just push you around to the ground and yell expletives at you.

About the knife, I would just dissasemble the knife and send the blade to a knifemaker with a beadblasting outfit, I agree that the signature is ridiculous.

If I came across like that...it was not my intention....I came out strong listing off a list of actual accomplishments against your comments about my educational level. If I came across as a blowhard...that's not what I meant. I guess I love to debate. Can we end this and start over some other time...actually talking about knives, not people. yours truly, Black Tiger:D

Sure, why not. :D

Stick around, talk about knives- that is what we are here for.

BLACK TIGER, you seem like a Steven Seagal type as well.
4 languages

What a coincidence, that is the exact number of languages Steven Seagal claims to speak. You owned and operated two dojos by the age of 17, where, your basement? And now you're a bouncer? LOL

Your either a troll, or a fake troll that one of the members of this board created as a joke, this is too much.

I wonder what Black Tiger said?

It's too bad that his posts are typed in such a way as to be more trouble to read than they are probably worth.

Seagall's first 3 or 4 movies were pretty good.

Let's not go comparing Chuck Norris to him. Yes, Chuck Norris is pretty old, but he's in better shape than most people of any age. Also, his competition history is well known (not mystical like Seagall or murky like Van Damme). That "semi contact" type of karate tournament was about as rough as it got back then before full contact kick boxing and MMA.

Norris also is a black belt in jiu jitsu under the Machados.

You're a good guy, Rat, but I don't know why you allow yourself to be baited by trolls so often. Anybody with a brain knows what's up, you arguing with them is like a grown man beating up on middle schoolers.

Never happens. I know the score. I enjoy a good troll-fest, keeps things entertaining.

It's not hard to have two schools when you have a family that was nice enough to donate money to your cause. I had one in Tappahannock, VA and one of my black belts ran the other one in Bowlinggreen, VA. They both ran from 1995 until late 1998. I shut them down due to high overhead. Now, as for my languages, I started out with Spanish and Japanese in high school and moved on to Korean and Chinese(Cantonese dialect) later on through martial art studies. The Spanish was honed up during my law enforcement career working with hispanic gangs.:D Lastly, I quit being a cop after becoming tired of all the "crap" that comes with the job!!! I took a break for a while and was offered a bouncer position at a local club and actually I make more money doing this and have more fun than I did as a Sgt. with the police.:D

Hey Rat, thought I'd get back on track and actually ask a knife question. Have you ever heard of a knife by Fred Carter called the Defender? It's usually advertised with his Uzi brand kniives. I'm thinking about purchasing one and I didn't know if you knew anything about it.

The Rotund One purchased a house here a while back so is something of a local. I've met him a couple of times and my impression is that he is a egotisical arse. He frequents a down town club my wife tends bar at and insists on playing "blues guitar" on stage when he comes in. This is permitted as he is a celebrity or sorts, but is generally greeted with some derision by the employees. My wife's take on him is that he is an egotisitcal arse who needs to learn to keep his gigantic hands to himself. I am no longer allowed to watch any of his films when she is home, but consider that a small price to pay to be able to tell the story about how my wife pimp slapped a movie star in front of witnesses.
To be fair, he did organize a pretty nice going away party for some of our officers who got activated and sent to Iraq a couple of years back. Despite being a tool, the guy is a seriously talented Akido stylist, at least he was before he ate O-Sensei's surviving family deep fried in grease for an appetizer.

Back on topic, I handled one of the early knives, and was not impressed. Poor fit and finish, the blade had fairly serious play, and the "ray skin" felt like plastic and was very uneven. I'm usually a fan of Kershaw and Onion's work, but I passed on this one.

Black Tiger, this thread is about the Kershaw Steven Seagal knife. It is not about your opinions of other people posting in this thread, or your personal history, or about the Fred Carter Defender -- although you could start a new thread about that knife.
