Kershaw Tilt...again.

Just put the tilt to work at the plant nursery today, it held up great and I really love the blade design. I was cutting dirty black hose all day as I was setting up a drip system for the fresh dug trees .My boss refuses to buy new stuff so its endless cutting cupling and stabbing for new spaghetti lines. I also cut open some arborvities and pom pom both were tied in one ply twine. It didn't really seem to dull much wich is very impressive to me. I did notice some edge deformation towards tip I don't know if that's from dragging it thre hard juniper wood by accident when I was cutting open pom poms or I hit metal stake. Nothing the sharpmaker can't handle I don't think I have to break out edge pro for it. Tomorrow I bring m390 military because the pivot on tilt loosened to the point of side to side play so I loctited it a half hour ago so it will have to sit

Enjoying my Tilt more and more each day! Maybe I need to curtail my enjoyment...

I was guarding the stroller at an outlet mall while wifey was shopping. It was only instinct to whip it out and start flipping....then I got several people distancing themselves from me staring at my scary knife and then at me with a look of fear. Talk about awkward.

Lesson to be learned...don't flip scary knives in public.

My tracking number isn't working. Does BladeHQ normally provide a working tracking number or is it just a confirmation number with USPS? The email said they shipped it with a USPS Flat Rate box. I'm not worried about tracking it, I just want to know when it will get here as I do not live at the shipping address and will have to drive to get it (I'm a college student).

They probably use a pre printed shipping label and tracking number. Meaning, you have a number but USPS doesn't yet have it.

It's not the same message I usually get from USPS when they haven't gotten the number yet. This is the message:

Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.

It's always like that when ordering from that dealer. It will update soon and be there most likely by Saturday.

How is the lock up on your tilts and is the blade centered on yours? Lock up on mine is 60% and the blade is slightly off-center.
