Had two but one got a new home today, #139 is my buddy for awhile but #135 has a new owner. Awesome knife really but I don't need two of the same. I'm just not that much in love with them since my 0561 competes with it for attention. I'm interested in finding out what's next after all the 500 sw tilts are made and the final batch of tilts comes out. What do you guys think ,blue anodizing with sw blade or the bronze anodizing with sw blade?

so is the DLC run totally finished now?

Yes - according to the folks at Kershaw.

I'm pretty sure Once the stonewashed is done that's it for the Tilts

Who knows. With the Tilts going for up to $500 on the secondary market, Kershaw might be convinced to produce a few more varieties of Tilt, maybe without vanax75.

Time will tell, but it is clear that demand has outstripped production to this point.

I received my SW Tilt last night - it is very nice. I don't believe I see any difference in the carbon fiber, and the SW does not feel smoother in operation than my DLC, but my DLC version is well broken-in.

Thanks again Kershawguy and Kershaw for a GREAT folding knife.

best

That is totally awesome of you to give that to your dad, A lot of dads sure would be lucky to have a son like you............

I suppose. So he now Owns a DLC one and this one. But he likes the DLC better so he told me I can have the SW.. So I think I might part with it to help purchase parts for a car he's restoring, since I think its to big and outrageous for me to use at work and to nice to just collect dust.

Update: Tilt 166 Has New owner

I would be glad to take it off your hands if you are offering it at decent rate and not some of the insane pricing i have seen out there.

I Don't want to make this a FS thread hijack and get in trouble since im not a paid member. Sorry.

Mine arrived 30 minutes ago. Nice knife. It's so light it almost feels like a toy. I'm now a fan of ti-framelocks :) But i don't understand why it does have thumbstuds. It's impossible to open the knife without using the flipper, at least for me. The edge of mine is a little bit curved at the tip as well.

Greetings:

A popular online site (not sure if I can name it) has them in stock right now!

Cheers,
Isaeus
