Everyone should have their blades. All packages have shipped. I’m going through tracking and looks like all are there. I have DMs of people who got what they ordered. I have one survive 4.1 that came out hard to see on the pics and I changed the setup and I’m fixing that for him. Waiting on his response.

There is one sword still in shipping. It’s headed to California and as of 45 mins ago or so it’s in Arizona . It shipped slower because of what it is. USPS wanted $160 plus to ship it 3-4 day and that just doesn’t make sense for what it is.

Hale, personally man you need a hobby. You’re very intense. I don’t have a personal problem with you. But doing business with you was not pleasant. Just breathe man. Your package should be there. So please send ONE DM if you don’t have it so I can reach out to usps. Those that know me , know I almost bought Survive before John got involved. Survive was coming to Atlanta and not PA but I had issues with the seller. That’s it .so the collection of survive blades I have and a few one offs are crazy. I don’t know about the original survive or pre production blades prior to my involvement.

As for showing up, I’m retired from almost a decade of running PSD details and my own outfit in combat and hi danger zones. I didn’t get this collection of knives from onlyfans. Due to the sustained issues and stress I have I’m retired. But it wouldn’t be a good idea to role up on anyone you don’t know . Life is fragile . Trust me. I’m living it, breathing it. Also don’t do that In general. Be smart people . If you have that much of an issue use legal channels first.move up chain of command. And I’m not giving advice I’m just thinking of all the people I see on the news.

I've been asking for days, going on weeks for you to give me the tracking number for my knife (the 4.7), yet here we are with no tracking number and no knife delivery. You come on every few days and answer everything and promise the world, yet you haven't shipped my knife (at least that anyone can prove, including you), and yet somehow I'm the bad guy here? Now you made a claim for the 2nd or 3rd time that my knife has shipped, I should have it, etc.
Lets see a tracking number please. This delayed BS and excuses from you, whenever everyone else is allegedly getting their knives, is unacceptable.
I hope you're recovering well, I really do. I've stated as much in many of these comms. You still need to hold up your end of our contract. I'll ask once again, please ship my knife and send me the tracking info. Thanks

Looks like they never said it shipped. They were waiting to hear something from you regarding it before sending it out.

I obviously don't have access to the DMs, not being a mod, but to be fair, will be shipped and actually shipped are not the same. If something came up that he needed a response to, as it seems from what I quoted, it would explain the lack of shipping information. Again, I'm not a mod, but from what I've seen posted here, there was no indication of Mr. Mosquera actually saying for sure that it left his possession, as claimed by Mr. Hale, and that's an important clarification that I think needs to be brought up. If I'm wrong, I apologize, but that's what I got out of it, looking from the outside in.

I believe, having read a number of the DMs by invitation, that the seller stated that he was actually at the Post Office in line to send the knife. And, as I recall, he was on this site in the wee hours of the following morning.

So, we have no explanation of what happened following his sending a DM stating he was on line...and then being missing in action for the next week or ten days.

(Now, giving the devil his due, he may have had an emergency on that line, for all I know. But we do need to find out to get this matter settled once and for all.)
 
Understood. Just reporting what I had gathered from reading here. It wasn't stated in this thread that it was shipped, as Mr. Hale claimed, which is why I spoke up. If they privately communicated about it, that's my bad. I would not have known. I will stay out of it.

Truth be told, I've read so many DMs involving multiple participants in the sales, that I could very well be conflating two different purchases, but this is what stands out in my recollection.

We will find out soon enough if my memory serves or not.

There is NOTHING to hear from me. And HE claims I should have the knife already yet, in MULTIPLE responses on the thread and in DM's he has NEVER once provided tracking, even though he has been asked to do so, AND asked by MODS and SUPER MODS to provide the tracking. I paid for the knife weeks ago. I've been asking for tracking for days/weeks. He has my address. I even paid an additional $10.00 for shipping when he asked. He has REFUSED to ship my knife and/or provide tracking. His behavior is inexcusable at this point.
 
Let me just clear this up or everyone who is not a mod and cant see the DM's. I have been asking for weeks for a tracking number from David Mosquera. He has refused, at every instance that he has been on here, and been contacted by the mods, to provide a tracking number for my knife, several times. He was asked by a super mod to provide tracking for the knife yesterday. He has provided NOTHING. I have NO knife, NO tracking, and NO answers from him as to when or if my knife actually shipped. HE has my $270.00 payment. Clearly, he has had multiple opportunities to provide tracking info to me and to settle this with the mods. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue legal action against him. He doesn't need ANYTHING from me as I have already paid for the knife in early March, and even sent an additional payment for shipping costs when he asked. He has my address because he sent me two knives in the initial sale, AND I have sent him my address a couple of times to ship the current knife which I paid for almost two weeks ago. The "waiting for me" is pure bullshit. At this point he's a LIAR and a THIEF. Yes, I said it. For some involved in this issue, I'm somehow the bad guy and a DH for expecting him to abide by the rules we all live by here on BF. I get it. He had family and medical issues. Ok. Let me know what is going on and I'll work with you and we'll figure it out like everyone else I've dealt with for 14 YEARS as a member here. I'm really a decent guy and value my reputation as a knife maker and customer here, and everywhere else. I sell tons of my knives here in the Houston area surrounded by 7 MILLION people, and my books are so full that I never open them here because I just can't fulfill all the orders at this point. NO ONE has ever treated me this way and I'd be damned if I EVER treated one of my customers this way. It's simple. He offered it for sale. I offered a price for it. He agreed to that price. He went so far as to say he regretted that but would honor our contract. Since then, NOTHING but excuses and ghosting. My wife is headed to Royston, GA on Sunday to visit family. She'll contact our attorney there on Monday morning and contact the local authorities and file criminal charges, to move this along and hold David Mosquera of Jefferson, Georgia accountable. I'm sad and embarrassed that it has come to this over something as simple as a knife, but I refuse to be a victim of theft and this reprehensible behavior. It is what it is and if I'm the "bad guy" in this, then so be it. I've been where David is more than once and fought back death many times in my life. I NEVER would have cheated someone like this and stolen money from them, especially this group of people.
Hopefully I won't get banned for this but David Mosquera is not allowed to steal from me and ignore me. My expectation is that he ship my knife and provide tracking information by Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. CST, or I'll pursue criminal charges for theft. My apologies to anyone I may have offended.
