Ugh, I don't want this to turn into a pissing match but I will give you the reason I have came to my conclusion.
First, You lowballed the seller, which I have an extreme distaste for. Then after you hear he had a HEART ATTACK & I believe he did, you showed ZERO concern for his health or well being. You only wanted your low ball offer honored.
I've been on BFC for the better part since 2007. Granted I took a few years off but the comradery & brotherhood we have here is more than just buying & selling knives. The way you pushed this guy & always assumed the worst was pretty damn despicable.
My wife had three heart attacks & six strokes before she met her end. Heart attacks can be mild or devastating. There are definitely different degrees. You could have heard he had a heart attack & said "maybe I should give this guy a few weeks before I assume anything" That would have made you look like a decent person, but you didn't so take it as you see it. A little compassion goes a long way. I hope you are made whole in your purchase from this man.

For what it’s worth I’ve dealt with Mr. Hale a few times and all of those transactions were admirable. Absolute pleasure to deal with and excellent communication.

This thread is nothing more than a reminder that we are all human and all have our faults.
 
I’ve dealt with Ronnie once, and that was enough. Reading all of this shit just solidifies that opinion.

I'm still waiting on my blade. Nothing from last Wednesday. Hecsaid he was at the post office and no tracking yet.

Well, as mentioned, if we ban him now, the folks due knives lose any chance of contact with him through BF. So that doesn't solve anything.

On the other hand, he was last on this site on Thursday, at 2:44 a.m. So, assuming he's the only one that can access his account, he should have been able to send the package Wednesday when he wrote you and said he was on line at the post office (based upon the screen shot you sent to me via DM).

It sucks no matter which way we approach this cluster.
 
I'm aware of one other member who has contacted me by DM, (and has posted in this thread), that has successfully been refunded by PayPal, but who subsequently received a knife that does not meet the exact description of the one he ordered. (It was by the same maker, but not with the same attributes as posted.)

So that one is up in the air, but at least the buyer isn't out any funds. Whether it will get straightened out is also unknown at this juncture.

It appears that "most" have received their items...but there are still a few needing resolution. Hopefully others, if any, who haven't received their items yet will post here.

I had an emergency health issue. It was not by choice. I’m too young for this crap that happened to me. But it’s life.
I haven’t screwed anyone. I haven’t stolen or scammed. I can provide what I need to if needed to one person, mod, Blue about my health issues if needed. But that’s a bit much. Having my return shipping address posted and personal email online is weird and now a days shouldn’t be available and I will update that.
I’m reading through these posts. I apologize for all of this. I’m still helping my mom and going through it. I still have to sell more. That’s not even the tip of the iceberg berg but I’m selling it in a different way.

Everyone should have their blades. All packages have shipped. I’m going through tracking and looks like all are there. I have DMs of people who got what they ordered. I have one survive 4.1 that came out hard to see on the pics and I changed the setup and I’m fixing that for him. Waiting on his response.

There is one sword still in shipping. It’s headed to California and as of 45 mins ago or so it’s in Arizona . It shipped slower because of what it is. USPS wanted $160 plus to ship it 3-4 day and that just doesn’t make sense for what it is.

Hale, personally man you need a hobby. You’re very intense. I don’t have a personal problem with you. But doing business with you was not pleasant. Just breathe man. Your package should be there. So please send ONE DM if you don’t have it so I can reach out to usps. Those that know me , know I almost bought Survive before John got involved. Survive was coming to Atlanta and not PA but I had issues with the seller. That’s it .so the collection of survive blades I have and a few one offs are crazy. I don’t know about the original survive or pre production blades prior to my involvement.

As for showing up, I’m retired from almost a decade of running PSD details and my own outfit in combat and hi danger zones. I didn’t get this collection of knives from onlyfans. Due to the sustained issues and stress I have I’m retired. But it wouldn’t be a good idea to role up on anyone you don’t know . Life is fragile . Trust me. I’m living it, breathing it. Also don’t do that In general. Be smart people . If you have that much of an issue use legal channels first.move up chain of command. And I’m not giving advice I’m just thinking of all the people I see on the news.
