Just a few pics of progress.
I decided to use 52100 because it has performed very well in my kitchen. The design is new for this project...I was trying for a good petty or utility knife with a longish blade.

sharpened blade with duct tape handle for testing....almost didn't get it back from the kitchen, my wife and daughter liked it so much
