The double hamon is very nice!! I don't have the specs on hand, but it is a great-feeling knife. :)

have you tryed it in your left to see how it felt? you should feel a big differance one that you can't really see..
if you don't post the spec's I will..
if you shave with it watch your ears :eek: :D
 
Here's a little teaser of the one I'm sending Shappa. He's been a real trooper with all the delays, so I hope he'll find it was all worth it. Tom, that knife WILL be in tomorrow's mail. Sheath is scheduled for production tomorrow at 6:00AM (or tonight after I'm done with patients, if I get a 2nd wind...won't be out of the office until 8:30 or so.)

Well, it's not a warncliffe...and it has a nice hamon. You're a tease.

I was gonna tease Matt with a pic of his knife all wrapped up in bubble wrap...but I didn't have time before sending it off. :p

Marcel said he got his in so I've attached a poor pic of the blade. Truthfully, I forgot to take measurements, but it is forged W-2. :)

At first I thought that was one of those gun/knife things, but now I see it's a fancy schmancy curlicue guard. Sweet! I've never seen one of those on a neck knife! :D
 
Burchtree, very nice. I like the forge finish and the hamon but the handle wrap is what I noticed first. Nice and tight, smooth and even.
 
The knife is very well finished and the wrap is fantastic. Feels great in the hand. Can't wait to try it out. Mine should go out Monday.

Just wanted to apologize to everybody. I have not been communicating very well through this project. My computer has been down. I've been trying to go to the library to send emails and such after I get off of night shift. The library also blocks out discussion sites, so I could not get on blade forums. Anyway enough excuses!
Dan the knife you received from me is 440-C with linen micarta slabs.
Hope it treats you well.

I'll keep it with the KITH knives it will be fun to compare with new ones 5-10 years down the road.. :)

Do you by any chance have the picture I sent you of the hawk. I'm guessing Donavon wont be able to post it and I'm on a new puter and havent transferred my pictures yet.

I remember that too and wondered why you didn't comment on it?
I checked my deleted file too it's not there either.
I have stuff there that goes back months..
if you have outlook try looking
in your sent file..
 
Crap, that was on the other computer. Oh well ,Maybe Donavon can get a picture of it and someone can post it for him.
