Kn ife collectors vs kn ife owners

I never mean to collect, i use to have a lot of outdoor knives for days arrayed in an OCD fashion on 2 empty bookshelves, now I accumilate knives as I use them and sell down when the number gets too high
Generally speaking collections arent meant to be used but displayed and appreciated. Knife collectors are also knife owners (unless they are collecting someone else's??)
so im a bit confused by the title.

I'm confused why there's a space in each "kn ife" in the title. But prolly has something to do with poor customer service the OP experienced in the past...

I’m a collector by normal peoples terms… I just like knives and have a lot of them…
