Just got done watching your episode, Congratsyou did GREAT
Anybody who doesn't think this course would not test their Cardio system is BADLY MISTAKEN or has NEVER Chopped for prolong periods
A World Class athlete would be sucking for air after completing this course
This Show seems to be better than I remember! Got the Recorder set for all up-coming episodes as a result
I appreciate that I gave it my all.
I will be the first to admit I am not in shape, I have not done cardio exercises since I was in high school sports....I tell people if you see me running you better keep up because I either just lit some fireworks or a bear is chasing me I look like I should be in shape but I was just blessed with a high metabolism...lol

He filmed on August 8th, I filmed on the 13th. Mine will air this Wednesday, but we still don’t know about his.
