as advised i am opening my own thread for my deal that went South. knifehunter/ Trevor and i agreed to trade knives my MINT condition 1/300 SHBM factory drop leg kydex sheath for his SHBA & Okuden sheath. what happened was not what we had agreed upon. in pms he stated he was sending a sweet --- kydex sheath in subsequent pms he stated it was a OKUDEN after he had shipped he then pmed me again and said he had sent a eagle sheath for the SHBA. Upon arrival the sheath was found to be the wrong sheath not a OKUDEN as he stated earlier. I pmed some people about the situation to seek advice. And i choose to do nothing and just eat the loss. are pms not pretty from both sides i admit but i kept my end of the deal. he did not. I just called him 5 minutes ago and he said " If you call here again I will call the POLICE and charge you with harrassment" I do not know how to post our PMs here but i have sent the whole Fiasco to 5 well respected members. there is alot of nasty language there. If needed anyone who has recieved the Fowarded pms they may post them here including you Trevor!!!!!

I'm working on this and the other thread, and hopefully others are as well.

Just for informational purposes, some SHBA's did come with Eagle sheaths, and those originals are worth far more than a modern kydex sheath to collectors. I have three original Eagle Busse sheaths and wont let go of them for any modern one.

thankyou for the input but the Eagle sheath that came is not a SHBA sheath it does not fit correctly i know because i also have a SHBA with the correct sheath it is angled where the knife enters the sheath and the coil does not fit inside the one KH sent to me. If Trevor, would of just sent a the correct sheath this thread would have not started. he has the correct Eagle Sheath but will not send it. From what i understand he sold the 1/300 SHBM instantly. He needs to make good on his part of the Deal and this all can come to a end. I would like my 1/300 SHBM back and when i recieve it he will be refunded in full both knife and payment. you have my word on it,Paul:D Also i valued my Mint 1/300 at $1500.00 which is low value at todays prices for a mint 1/300 SHBM with original Sheath and did so to aquire a Mint SHBA my personel favorite Busse the more i look at the SHBA the more i see wrong its not MINT coating has been stripped off the Spine and Belly and there is Gun blueing directly on the blade surface also which KH did not disclose to me .

here is the thread ive been waiting for you but it looks like you were a little pre occupied trying to clean up another mess you created!!!! Also it shows your true character to bring the accident where 3 of my family members were killed last year in a car accident! and as far my deal with Jason/gravelface, all has been worked out and we continue to communicate i consider him my friend and was not aware he was in the hospital when i started that thread. jason sold me my first Busse knife i bought it off of Feebay from him that and that led me here. further more i have offered to help Jason get a better job in the elevator industry where ive worked for 25 years and hopefully he will be able to make that move someday as it would provide a very comfortable life for himself and family.

No not you Dwayne, dont be silly. we all know who has to man up where you ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh invisable hes in hiding, but you can not hide from the truth can you!!!!! my rep speaks here for its self here and i have 100s of deals go perfectly!!!!! with many of the most well respected people here!!!! even if there was a problem which has never been on my end it always resolved forgiven and forgotten! the issue is you lied to me shipped the wrong sheath and the knife i recieved was not mint. all you have to do is admit your wrong to me make ammends and its over. Also i do not buy knives to flip them constantly as you do, Maybee you should be put into the Dealer Forums also.
 
Send it to a mediator that you all trust. Just do an exchange already.

I thought hogs were all above this. Last busse post I read was how everyone was donating money to a Soldier and than Jerry came and gave everyone a credit towards a knife. I like to read those kind of stories more eh. :)

leatherman has agreed to mediate for us but someome closer mite be better since we live less than 100 miles apart. any east coast volunteers :D I will gladly return what i have + the payment Trevor sent me. And i will forgive him also if he admits his wrong doing here, thankyou,Paul Humility is sometimes a hard pill to swallow!!!!!!!

Remember, the message that said to you look...I (KH) havenever had a bad deal and that if you truly wanted the other sheath that I didnt even have at the time of our agreement, that I would send it to you too. Giving you two sheaths Period.

Even after you were the one that originally offerred an Original Factory Eagle Kydex with the 1/300 and actually sent me an OKUDEN.


As pointed out by Dwayne, the originals are worth alot more than a currently produced sheath. Regardless that okuden makes the finest kydex available bar none.

Your offer and our deal was for an Original FactorY Eagle sheath as I pointed out to you previously.

as you can see in last weeks PMs here....sorry you have to read the followig from the bottom up. starting here and read back up to this point.

I will then be happy to send your 1/300 and the okuden sheath to Hammy or Jeremy Horton. You can then ship the shba and the eagle sheath to Hammy/Jeremy as well.

I will send Hammy/Jeremy funds to ship the knives from there to each of us.

I don't know either of you guys from Adam but I would be happy to help if I can. I am also in MD. I'm guessing KH is in VA or NC. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help get this settled. -DT
 
I am done. I have more pages ready if you or anyone here wants some more information about how this all transpired.

Trevor, the facts are that you switched sheaths without my approval bottom line you are wrong. not until you after you shipped was it revealed to me that you had not shipped a different sheath. and its not even the correct Eagle Sheath pics have been sent to Leatherman. I am not at all at fault here you are! Just return my 1/300 SHBM to me or a agreed upon mediator and this will be over said and done I will do the same. I also can contact the original owner of the 1/300 since i bought all of his knives that he had purchased in the very early 90s he is the only previous owner and the SHBM came with the sheath from Busse!! KNIFE CO. i shipped what was sold to me as original. You did not do the same and. I think you should have contacted me before making a decision about what i wanted!!!! I have never switched knives or sheath on anyone and never will. To bad you can not say that NOW!!!!!

True, it would be a little reundant to post the knives all the way down here, but for me getting to drool all over some great vintage Busse steel. :D

Just let me know guys, and I hope this gets resolved to everyones satisfaction. I really hate to see my friends in disagreement. :(
 
I imagine you will close this thread much like your cohort Banditti did.
 
I have allready agreed to return KHs SHBA & Sheath + $750.00 to put a end to this nonsense,Paul waiting to see if KH agrees. I also find highly unlikely that two Members myself and Banditti are not telling the truth about totally different deals within a weeks time. you guys be the judge!!!!!

very intresting how MR.KH will only post what i have said!!!!! i guess he doent want everyone to know what he said, the part where he states" i sent you A EAGLE SHEATH because i thought thats what you wanted" OLD bait and switch!!! why dont you post the messages where its clear you switched the sheath on me. Because you think you have rite to change a deal without notice. NOT COOL AT ALL
