I spent most yesterday coping and pasting all the pms into order so that folks wouldnt have to read it upside down.

I would be happy to post it for everyone's benefit with De Oppresso Libre's permission of course.

1. ddtomcat 2.Leatherman have both volunteered !!!! as you allreay know!!!!
Trevor, reverse the deal is the only thing to do at this point, furthemore 2 people have agreed to help Mediate ddtomcat volunteered to Mediate after i asked for a volunteer!!! Leatherman has also volunteered to help with this dispute. I have agreed via Pms and emails to both of them. as we both were instructed to do by a MOD last nite.So far no response from you at all to anyones request to settle this. If your knife and sheath were as you state you would have no problem accepting the deal reversal. I am confidant my MINT condition 1/300 SHBM will sell again obviously you do not feel the same way about the SHBA & incorrect sheath you sent me.

I choose leatherman. We both know him and so does everyone else.

Under the following stipulations...

1. We both ship to leatherman asap priority mail including full insurance and delivery confirmation #'s to be posted here in this thread.

In detail that will include from me (KH)

A priority mail insured package for $1500 including the additional delivery confirmation so we can all keep up with it online. THis package will include the 1/300 shbm in pristine condition with an Okuden Kydex drop leg sheath wrapped perfectly to protect.

You ( DOL) will send me the SHBA that I sent you as seen in these two pics. ITs the top knife in both pictures. Notice there was no sheath with it .

You can tell the difference cause it has the rarer bead blast double cut smooth bolts. THis knife is also pristine and was the better of the two I owned at the time. THe SHBA was sent inside the only factory original eagle sheath that I had when we made our deal. Which strangley enough is the sheath you originally requested.
You will insure the above mentioned SHBA and Eagle sheath for $750 and wrap properly to protect

2.Then once Dwayne confirms receipt of both knives here that you will refund my $750 paypal payment. After you know I dont have your knife anymore.

3 Then and only after I post here and forward a receipt for paypal payment to Dwayne, and have transfered the funds to a seperate account will Leatherman ship us both our knives.

4. If you file for a claim with paypal afterwards for this transaction that you will understand if I submit a request for you to be banned.



I dont know now after typing # 4. and considering everything. i think it will only lead to more trouble and wasted time.

You werent happy when I offerred to send you the 2nd sheath either. I gave you the one you originally begged for...

You didnt want to work it out........you brought it all here to try and tarnish my reputation and now you want to go back and do a reversal now????

This GBU is here to resolve conflicts. You didnt want to resolve the situation you just wanted to cause trouble and get some attention.

I say lets the folks decide. If they dont want to deal with me then that is there choice.

If they dont want to deal with you, Dol, that is there choice as well, and if they choose not to deal with both of us then that is just the way the ball bounces.

i have saw situations where the one party didn't get the knife in question or the seller got Fuc#^% for payment:confused:

We are HOGS. Just return everything and move on. Or else I see a lot of Bitterness at the Trough at Blade 09!!!:mad:

I told Trevor NOT to reverse the deal you two made. Trevor has repeatedly tried to make you happy and regardless what he does to do so you're not satisified. You were happy with the badger and told him you were keeping it forever. Then you get on GBU, cry and whine like a girl, drag Trevors name through the mud, and now want to reverse the deal. Too bad. I wouldn't reverse the deal and neither should Trevor.

As far as Trevor being a dealer or "flipper" the same could be said about you. What was the crap you just tried to pull on me?
You contact me about the Beck you got off eBay for $3400. Tell me you want $3500 firm. I told you I could trade. Then history repeats when banditti posted something, you did also.
Then we have the case of the knife that you said "I'll take it" when it was in
a thread to help your cousin Rachel. If you needed the money as bad as you claimed:
1) why didn't you list any of your knives..
2) what are you doing taking a knife that was donated to you?

I'll be honest, I'm the one who reported that to the mods of this forum. That kind of behavior is very shady, to say the very least.

Trevor, as well as others, donated knives to your cause, and you didn't seem thankful or grateful.

So before you want to come on here and slander somebody, maybe take a good look in the mirror at who could possibly be the problem here.

Trevor, i accept the reversal on this deal. I do not know the first volunteer either. If you would consider him that would be easier for us both to do and complete. But i will defer to what you feel most comfortable with. I suggest we both take pics of what we are sending back to each other also for documentation purposes. Plus take pics of the actual knives today my pics will include a date and time stamp to verify your SHBA & sheath you sent me is in my possesion now!! and more pics of the packaged items with pics of insurance notes attached as well as delivery conformation notes. thankyou,Paul we also need to work out your $750.00 paypal that you sent to me as well.

The paypal is the easy part, just send it with a copy of the receipt. You can post it publicly, just copy and paste with the personal info marked out, but as always keep a copy of that receipt in your records.

Both parties take pics with time stamps and post those immediately so no questions will be offered. Be sure to take pics of everything, packing, packed, and the receipt of shipping. Please dont take anything for granted. I have been in business for as long as I have for a reason, I cover my trail.

The mediator, whoever it is, will take pics of the received merchandise, in this order. As received package with address label blacked out. As opened with packing intact. And just opened with the stuff just out of the package. These pics must be taken on the same day received.

The mediator must be compensated for the shipping costs, bar none. Insurance is available and completely up to the receiver. Its HIGHLY suggested.

When the owner receives the merchandise it must be recorded as received in the same order as the mediator! No excuses, no bull.

This is the only way to insure it goes smoothly.

IMPORTANT! The mediator must be honest and must be non biased. No sides will be taken!

Here are the pics i just have taken to verify i am in possesion of the SHBS & Incorrect Sheath that is being returned to the Mediator Leatherman/Dwayne Puckett I will post as many as needed to verify 15 pics are downloaded and ready. You guys all know I am a very fast shipper so it didnt take me long to BOX this up,Paul:D

Sorry Steelnut, but my rules. If you dont want to see them, dont look. :p This is because things have gone beyond simple trust and must be handled with a good paper trail.

Waiting for confirmation from Knife Hunter on this so we can move on.

To the others, please leave the snide comments off this thread so I can keep track please. Its only complicating an already knotted up mess.
