Leatherman- As near as I can tell, the above is the current problem in this ongoing series of them. KH put forth a deal and gave conditions, DOL accepted the deal and suggested his own conditions and then KH started talking about how noone including DOL (who agreed to KH's terms) read his post and that he is "done". To me, this indicates that he has decided he does not wish to see the deal through or that he no longer likes the terms of the deal he himself put forth.

But, at least the winds are fickle. Maybe he'll change his mind.

Lets hope it does work out, so far though its in limbo, I've got no confirmation from KH yet.

The morning will tell, I will post as soon as I hear something. Hopefully tonight.

Can someone explain why knifehunter should reverse any of these deals? How will it benefit him to do so, especially now?

Trevor tried repeatedly, several times, to offer both parties (dol, & banditti) a way out, including a refund, and neither wanted that.

THEN....

dol and banditti come into the GBU and slander Trevor, drag his name through the mud, and then, after doing so, they want a refund?!!! What is wrong with you people?!! Who are you to tell him he should?

When you get a used ruck, damage it by dropping it on the ground, then claim it was damaged in shipping, that does NOT qualify for a refund, nor should Trevor give one.

When you try repeatedly to please someone who has more than one person running around in their head, who changes their minds every other hour, every other day, who wouldn't have been satisfied regardless of what Trevor could have done, that doesn't qualify for a refund, nor should Trevor give one.

Both items were described properly, and both banditti and dol didn't want a refund until they got on here crying how knifehunter "WRONGED" them.

Who's to say dol isn't going to claim that the 1/300 Trevor may send back isn't the same one he sent?! That's just setting Trevor up for another kick in the nuts.

I tell you, after seeing the way some of you act, I'll never need the money bad enough to sell you a knife, nor will any of you have a knife I want bad enough to deal with you clowns.

You did your deals, had the chance (several times) to reverse the deals, and didn't. Suck it up (if you can), and try to grasp onto something more important in your lives than a knife.

Aaron. please try to stay out of this you are not helping!!!! When KH finally post pics of my MINT condition 1/300 SHBM and sheath with todays time stamp I will confirm online wether it is mine or not. Further more i am very surprised that you have chose to pick sides so strongly!!!!! since i have been dealing with you long before KH showed up here. We have sold and bought from each other before. perfect transactions from Feebay and here. :confused: I do not need the money!!!! I am refunding $750.00 to KH + the SHBA & Incorrect SHeath!!!!! The pics that KH posted are PROOF. The sheath KH has posted is what i am retutning and its not the correct sheath. The pics i posted confirm I am sending back what he sent me. It is longer!!!! and the COIL does not fit into the Kydex insert at all even though that sheath is longer HMMMMMMMMM. Doesnt take rocket scientist to figure out IT IS INCORRECT!!!!! And i Have the correct sheath here allready from my recent SHBA + Sheath purdchase from BORDERSHIFT it also is Eagle Sheath and it fits perfect,the Coil enters all the into a Smaller shoreter Sheath!!!! And so does the SHBA w/ GUN BLUE on the cutting EDGE that KH sent me!!!!

Nah, I prefer taking one of the Opiate types and several shots of jack and I am still breathing!!:D

BUT, maybe I need to take a huge handful of pills to "follow the paper trail". I do apologize, but this mess started as a problem between Knife Hunter and someone else, and I have no clue why you are now involved.

You have been around here a long time and in my book your reputation is stellar and I would have no problem dealing with you, ever.

I have tried to decipher what it is that you are alleged to have done (or not done) and I cannot find it.

Leatherman is a perfect gentleman and is only trying to assist us in finding a resolution that ends with neither Dol or I(KH) getting ripped off in the end.


I have wanted and tried to return since this all started, but De Oppresso Libre wanted nothing to do with it until now.


I even tried to send him another sheath that I didnt even own at the time of our deal, as well, to make him happy.

That was not acceptable either:confused:

We are still waiting for you to post pics of my Mint 1/300 SHBM & sheath as you have agreed to do here. Also the shipping box with insurance, delivery confimation attached. I thought you stated this needs to be done ASAP I have allready done what was requested yesterday!!!!! posted pics and all other requested INFO,Paul

First off what people are stating that I agreed to a deal reversal in my previous statement is just not true. I didnt agree to anything.....please re read it.
I was going too til I got to the paypal issue. See the refund is the only way I get all my $750 back without any fees, but that leaves me with the possiblity of a paypal claim and a lot of headache.


ITs not worth it!



So , I will do the return to Leatherman as previously stated IF and only if:

with the exception that you are going to send me a US POSTAL MO for $723.75( this is $750-3.5%. So I loose $26.25 here as well. plus the return shipping from Leatherman) via priority mail with a signature confirmation to me asap when Leatherman confirms receipt of the knives from both of us.


I have some work to catch up on today. I will post some pics of your knife shortly.

atleast post a picture of both sides of my shba knife and both sides of eagle sheath please.

A priority mail insured package for $1500 including the additional delivery confirmation so we can all keep up with it online. THis package will include the 1/300 shbm in pristine condition with an Okuden Kydex drop leg sheath wrapped perfectly to protect.

You ( DOL) will send me the SHBA that I sent you as seen in these two pics. ITs the top knife in both pictures. Notice there was no sheath with it .

You can tell the difference cause it has the rarer bead blast double cut smooth bolts. THis knife is also pristine and was the better of the two I owned at the time. THe SHBA was sent inside the only factory original eagle sheath that I had when we made our deal. Which strangley enough is the sheath you originally requested.
You will insure the above mentioned SHBA and Eagle sheath for $750 and wrap properly to protect

2.Then once Dwayne confirms receipt of both knives here that you will refund my $750 paypal payment. After you know I dont have your knife anymore.

3 Then and only after I post here and forward a receipt for paypal payment to Dwayne, and have transfered the funds to a seperate account will Leatherman ship us both our knives.

4. If you file for a claim with paypal afterwards for this transaction that you will understand if I submit a request for you to be banned.



I dont know now after typing # 4. and considering everything. i think it will only lead to more trouble and wasted time.

You werent happy when I offerred to send you the 2nd sheath either. I gave you the one you originally begged for...

You didnt want to work it out........you brought it all here to try and tarnish my reputation and now you want to go back and do a reversal now????

This GBU is here to resolve conflicts. You didnt want to resolve the situation you just wanted to cause trouble and get some attention.

I say lets the folks decide. If they dont want to deal with me then that is there choice.

If they dont want to deal with you, Dol, that is there choice as well, and if they choose not to deal with both of us then that is just the way the ball bounces.

here are the pics of your 1/300 SHBM and oku sheath. Please provide similar quality pictures that include the spine so we can see it all and your "alleged" terrible spine condition you spoke of on my SHBA with double cut smooth bolts.
