Hey guys! Just in from the shop, I'll have two nice ones up soon!

I just sampled my CO IPA and Fuggles Brown Ale... wow they are great and shouldn't even be drinkable yet!

I'm glad no one was seriously cut! Sara and I both were on the verge of needing stitches last week... so sharp neither one of us noticed until later!

Do we get a sneak peak?
The brew sounds gooooooooooood!
Glad you two are OK too. I would much rather get cut with a super sharp knife than a dull one. I have had cuts from a sharp knife that healed in less than 24 hours. I looked for the cut later in the day and I could not find it. haha.

Evan, Be careful with that fin bro.

Yo-

Ordered a PCB for a hybrid tube head amp today, based on 12AU7 tubes.

Brown baggin some rum on my walk home. Chimney smoke is in the air, winter is almost here. Not looking forward to that.

Got some old school AFI going in the headphnes right now, looking forward to two days off in a row!

Nice knife. A Fairly?
Good night.
It rains and wind have almost 100 km / h. This year we will have a good ski season.

This type of knife I really like. Daniel has a knife style that reminds me of Jasper Voxnaes.
I have long been reading the forum, I really needed knives with 10 mm thick? It is beyond me and is very common in USA forums.

I'm sorry, the translator sucks.
I meant that in USA the knife blade thickness is much, almost any knife is 5 mm or more

I'm not sure why! My pocket knives are .156" ish which I feel is just the right thickness. I could imagine wanting a thicker stock fixed if perhaps you were prying or batoning.

I like Vox knives too, and I can see where there is some similarity in the shapes. Jesper also makes them pretty thick. Daniel can also work them really thin, like when he does kitchen knives.

I've never really understood the thick knife concept much either. I like thin, .120" (3mm) is perfect for me up to about 6" blade. The teak rigger is a bit thicker but it is designed to be pounded through thick rope. I believe it is .226" (~6mm). Some of my knives are only 1.5mm thick.

Just got back from the park with the kid, got him worn down pretty good! He should sleep well tonight.
