Hey Hillbily, welcome! Hat Creek, I like that area. Smack dab between Redding and Susanville means moderate elevation and out of the volcano zone. Good spot to be! I was up near there back in aug/sept.

Well guys, I managed to severely wound a 12 pack of SN Torpedo tonight. I picked one up for a little more than $4.00 after coupons and giftcards! HA! Them crazy über coupon ladies on TV ain't got nothin if they can't get a deal on some beer! Went out with the wife for a few beers and fries last night, was trying to stay civil, so I stuck to the traditionals, Rochefort10 and St. Barnabus 12. Just a couple of those was enough to do me in!

Had the day off, not a flippin clue what to do with myself. Went to the flea market, scored a Nikon MC-30 remote shutter release for $10!!! Last I saw, they were going for ~$125 new and about half that used! I did get a little down and dirty with the seller, insulting him and using dirty negotiating tactics, but in the end he sent someone running to chase me down and take my offer :D. Its a cool unit, works on my D200 and F100, works just like the on-board shutter release, half press focuses, full press releases the shutter, has a lock, wll do burst mode too. Its only 32" cord, but its gonna work out just fine!

The wife is all into some old crappy Leonardo DiCrappio movie called "The Beach" where they have a utopic hidden society and lots of weed. Of course its in Thailand. Just a lame movie.

Sore here... that was a lot of grinding yesterday! The .062" A2 was as tricky as it gets. I'll get some pics.

Yeah the game was nuts, the Seahawks were ready to play! I couldn't believe it.

I'm filling up a bucket of water for the tile saw and going to cut some scale materials. ;D

What did you play Rolf? It was a lot of fun, I miss it!
 
Nighty night, Grandpas going to bed. haha I don't remember the last time I went to bed before midnight but I have been under the weather so I better get some extra sleep. I will see you suckas at the crack of noon.
 
Football - meh. I was a band geek. We had the best partys around! All the jocks wanted to come to our partys. Met the wife way back then, she was in guard. Lots of good times. Oh, I did get involved with one sport in high school, I was the captain of the sailing team, and the only one to take it seriously... :-/

Had a hectic day at work, one of the primary work stations crapped out Saturday night and finlly got it replaced today, all while it was busy, had tons of purchase orders to write and only one cashier. Also had a very large female pit bull come trotting in the store today, no tags, not fixed, no collar, no microchip. She was every bit of 80#, a bit older and thankfully very sweet. She eventually wandered back off to the street after about 7 hours of hanging out in the store, lol! Hope she finds her way back home!

Positions played; Guard, Middle Guard and Offensive Tackle.
I was a big boy back then, 215 lbs, but when football ended, I lost a lot of that weight.
Time to cut more fire wood!
