Knifeworks805 frustrating business ethics..

He contacted me several weeks ago and said the knife would ship the next day lol. I have not heard from him since. I'm so glad that I only sent him a tenacious as a test transaction and not one of my pricey blades.

Both of the knives I sent were low end knives, but I also sent 80 bucks..

His local post office has nothing to do with it. Go to www.usps.com and get the email address for the Postal Inspectors and report him to them.
 
has anyone taken any actions, or are those with knives with him given up?

I don't think he means those actions. It obvious the guy is not going to respond or return items on his own. Esav already mentioned (a few posts above this one) another avenue that should be tried:

Esav and I have already proposed the best options for the victims to take. Folks should know already that emailing, texting, and calling knifeworks805 will be a fruitless endeavor as we have seen already. Time to move to the next step, complaining here will not get you ay closer to retrieving your money or property.
 
How many people on this thread have knives, guns, flashlights, etc. with Ryan at KnifeWorks805 or his youtube channel name, CustomKnifeWorks? How much money are you out, meaning price of the item(s), new or used, and amount of money for his services? I am asking because I am trying to get something done about this guy.
 
Ryan sent me a text a few days ago and asked for my shipping address. I gave it to him and he shipped my knife and gave me a valid usps tracking#. Now i have to wait a few days and update you when it arrives.

Well Ryan and I got into it pretty good on Saturday because I am beyond pissed off at this point. I told him to send me back my stuff and he said I was being "ridiculous about a couple pieces of steel!" Said my life must be pretty horrible if I am that upset. I told him that was easy for him to say, BECAUSE THEY AREN'T YOUR KNIVES! Idiot. I keep asking him why he even bothers doing or taking orders when he doesn't make much money doing it, has poor communication and pisses everyone off. Just send people back their shit and move on. His excuses up to now; I lost my shop, have no place to work, lost my house/apartment, father diagnosed with cancer, and on and on and on. Send everyone back there stuff Ryan, how hard can that be. He talks tough for a little guy too, makes me laugh.
 
As much as everyone is upset at Ryan, it's evident messaging him isn't going to do much at all. People need to take suggestions brought out by the mods and maybe even more.
 
Well I'm new to bf I sent Ryan a knife back in the early part of 2012 and I have pics from him showing it was done but then Never heard from him again! The knife I sent him a sentimental value more then the cost I didnt buy this kabar it was given to me by a member of the SAS that saved my units ass in the early part of Operation Enduring Freedom and I was able to get in contact with him again via a retired SAS member that lives in my city and I wanted to have the knife pimped out and send it back to him as a long overdue thank you I wish I had know all this before I found him on Facebook and sent off my knife my issue with going to the cops is all our interactions were via txt and phone and I never thought to save any of that stuff I contacted Albert at SE cuz my last communication with Ryan was that my knife was off to Albert for sharpening but Albert never saw it and that was 5 months ago I have left several messages for him txts emails Facebook posts YouTube posts all begging to get this knife back but to no avail :(
 
not trying to rehash an old thread but I was curious if everyone has got back there knives from Ryan yet?
