not sure if it was your knife or not but he did a tanto mod to a military a little while ago and was trying to selling at a ridiculous price. it had toxic green spider webs and a "torn flesh" acid bathed finish.

other than that good luck getting your knife back. an official document would look good, but if he is still spectating this thread then he'll know its coming and wont bother to respond (no matter how official it looks).

Screw him back. ;) In reality no, that would just take you to his poor unethical business level. But somehow you need to come up with a plan in which Ryan can choose to step it up, or face serious consequences. His reputation is already blown on bf, but on facebook he still gets business. :/

Maybe yes maybe no. I thought Id never see my knives again, and then one day i got a text from Ryan saying they shipped. I didn't believe it but they came 3 days later. i was surprised needless to say.

there is still a little hope in your situation. Ryan will eventually want to try and fix his reputation and then maybe your knives will be shipped.

very true progresswill continue to be at a stand still unless there is a plan which will put pressure on ryan.

You and me both HtG! I sent him 2 BK2's to be cerakoted and a kershaw to be duracoated. Same story, all communication until he received the knives. Since then, one text message with a sob story. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but may get the authorities involved tomorrow if I have not heard from him. Sounds like he has too many orders and is either too lazy or too overwhelmed to get to them. I don't mind waiting when progress is shown or information is available, but when there is zero communication, it makes it hard to believe he is being ethical.

You should email Facebook tech support and fill them in on what he is doing. They might be willing to take action on this matter. Aside from that, we can't really do anything else here.
 
I understand and I to am waiting on a knife. And all of what people are saying I have no trouble with. But I will say to bring up his kid is wrong and I hope that it doesn't become a habit. No matter what there is no reason to bring a child into this. Thanks
 
Thanks HtG. He text me right after I made that post earlier. Thought it was funny timing. I sent him a pretty rough reply because I'm pissed off now. He has not gotten back to me since 11 a.m. this morning. I gave him 3 days to get me shipment confirmation. Will see what happens.

If a person uses Facebook as a means to drum up business and then defrauds and otherwise renege on the deal, there might be interstate commerce laws that are being violated somewhere. It's a long shot, but maybe they might not agree with that aspect of usage, if they prohibited bullying on Facebook, scamming might be prohibited too.

If you will read through the comments, you will see that I handled that quite maturely, thank you. What he does with his kid is none of my business. And frankly, I don't care what he does, I just want my stuff back.
